Abstract:The title compound, C14H14BrNO4, contains a tricyclic ring system including three contiguous stereocenters all of which exhibit an R configuration. The cyclo-hexa-none ring adopts a chair conformation. The central oxane ring assumes a strained envelope conformation, with five of the ring atoms being nearly coplanar with the bromo-phenyl group and with the C atom adjacent to the O atom and fused with the cyclo-hexa-none ring as the flap. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked into a three-dimensional network by C-H⋯O inter-actions.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C18H11Cl3N2O2, the central benzene ring is oriented at 8.44 (12) and 70.57 (11)degrees with respect to the terminal chlorophenol and dichloropyridine rings, respectively. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pi-pi stacking between parallel pyridine rings is observed [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6561 (14) angstrom].

The chiral C atoms, viz. the ring C atoms the hydroxy and bromophenyl substituents, exhibit R and S configurations, respectively. Abstract:In the title compound, C18H23NO3, the cyclohexane ring has a chair conformation. The oxirane plane (OCC) makes a dihedral angle of 76.15 (13)degrees with that of the pyrrolidine ring to which it is fused. The mean plane of the cyclohexane ring and the benzene ring are almost normal to the pyrrolidine ring, with dihedral angles of 88.47 (8) and 77.85 (8)degrees, respectively. In the crystal, molecules are linked via pairs of N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming inversion dimers. Abstract:In the mol-ecule of the title compound, C(16)H(15)FN(2)O(2), the benzene rings are oriented at a dihedral angle of 88.61 (3)°. The five-membered ring adopts an envelope conformation. Intra-molecular C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds result in the formation of two planar five-membered rings. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-H⋯O and C-H⋯F hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules, forming R(2) (2)(8) and R(2) (2)(18) ring motifs. Weak C-H⋯π inter-actions may further stabilize the structure.
