Abstract:This paper presents a new model of educational information resources co-construction and sharing based on cloud computing. In this model, educational information resources sharing subjects are colleges, enterprises and network users. This paper studies the power sources of these three main subjects to participate in resource co-construction and sharing, according to the characteristics of different subjects proposed incentives mechanism. Education information resource co-construction and sharing based on cloud computing showed reproducibility, cross-regional and anonymity features, this paper proposes rights protection mechanisms to solve the problems above.

Abstract:The library in the institutions of higher learning is the special stack room to collect literature of its own.It is of great significance to show the result of running school,to keep up complete data and to form a characteristic collection.By taking University of Zhejiang Science and Technology(ZUST)as an example,we analyze the existing problems in the library construction of the newly-built institutions of higher learning and define the scope of the library collection.Thus several methods are advanced to strengthen both its direction and initiative to turn the data base resources into the school's special collection resources as well as to grasp the timing node to collect library materials.

Abstract:With changed requirements, the old management system for the Audio & Video Resources Library of Tsinghua University had not met needs any more and should be improved. But there is a question: how to design it? In past decade, many universities in China had constructed resource libraries by themselves, and it is rewarding to sharing the resources in them with each other. But there still exist some barriers coming from technology and management etc, for instance, how exchange and transfer the resources? Abstract:The library is one of the most important factors that affect the quality of teaching in universities, and it plays an important role in improving college students'comprehensive quality,especially the ability of self-learning and innovation.To understand the differences and the influence factors in the use of library of some different kinds of universities,the Educational Statistics and Management Branch of Chinese Association for Ap-plied Statistics organized a multi -center survey on college students'classroom learning state in late 2010. Quantitative methods are applied to discuss the factors and the influences.The results show that there are com-mon factors among all the universities,and course plan and academic ability are the most important factors. Meanwhile,there are some unique factors,such as political status,monthly expenses,etc.Finally,universities can take certain measures according to the results to guide the students to make the best use of the libraries.

Abstract:Focusing on the three main aspects-the resources available in the libraries,the obstacles of the recourse sharing and the modes of library resources sharing,the paper summarized the outcome of the debate on the issue of the resource sharing in the grass-root libraries,indicating that the library recourses are composed of four parts,the stored recourses,institution or organization and recourses of projects as well as readers and the stored books.And the debate also suggested that the passive actuality of library service could be improved through voluntary search of recourses.At last,the agreement that the recourse sharing could bring about the social benefits,enlarge the service space and achieve our professional goal was arrived at via summing up the modes and obstacles of resources sharing among regional public libraries and different types of libraries.

Abstract:Intelligent computing has been used in the field of education and teaching for a long time in other countries. China is currently conducting education cloud research, but it has not yet been applied to the sharing of instructional resources in universities. The creation of a university instructional resource sharing network based on intelligent computing will help to alleviate the uneven distribution of educational resources to some extent and achieve the goal of high-quality instructional resource sharing, which is critical for improving China’s tertiary education overall. The information age has arrived, thanks to the advancement of information technology and the growth of communication networks. The impact of instructional resources on English classrooms is growing day by day against the backdrop of digitization. The educational resource sharing service platform can effectively deal with the problems of excessive infrastructure investment and low utilization of educational resources with intelligent computing as the technical support. It is essential for promoting educational resource sharing as well as interregional tertiary education exchanges and collaboration. As a result of the research on intelligent computing and educational resource sharing service platform, this paper discusses specific problems such as platform module design, system inspection, and application form, in order to provide a reference for the establishment of educational resource sharing service platform in universities, based on the overall and functional requirements of the platform, a platform that allows teachers and students to access personalized digital resources on demand for reading, downloading, printing, and sharing.

Abstract:"Information Commons" is becoming more prevalent in the academic libraries in North America universities. It is breaching the shackles of traditional library services and winning more users by its characteristics such a"sone-stop shopping"、"seamless access"and "coordinative learning". JiangWan District Library of Fudan University is just completed its construction,in which the authors plan to construct an IC. They take the investigation results of 2 045 copies of questionnaire for students and faculty in Fudan University as decision-making basis,put forward the constructional suggestions from network,software,hardware,relevant equipment,resource construction,function district and service organization. At last five main points are pointed out.

Abstract:Even though most universities in China have successively introduced digital resources, traditional paper-based resources still share major percentage in the whole library resources. In the current library management schemes, the information of the resource requirement and usage record is not utilized effectively either in resource purchase decision or in resource allocation plan. Furthermore, there is no efficient approach proposed to utilize the advanced information technologies in library management. In this paper, we firstly analyze the patterns of the current library services in Chinese universities and points out some problems existing in the current resource management systems. We then propose several approaches attempting to improve user satisfactory and resource utilization by considering customer behavior and requirement information.
