A Theoretical Research on Intellectual Property Right Management System to Promote Indigenous Innovation

Abstract:Starting with the strategic aim of promoting China's capability of indigenous innovation, this paper proposes that the analysis on the relationship between indigenous innovation and intellectual property right management constitutes to constructing effective intellectual property right management system and related policies. Based on literature review, this paper sets up a mode of intellectual property right management system combing four elements of levels of indigenous innovation, industry categories, organization categories of indigenous innovation and intellectual property right portfolio, whose aim is to promote the competence of indigenous innovation. The conclusion brings great significance to the research on indigenous innovation and intellectual property right, and provides a framework for directing the implementation of national intellectual property right strategy.
