Clinical volue of percutaneous ultrasound-guided lung biopsy

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical volue of percutaneous ultrasound-guided lung biopsy.Methods:60 patients with X-ray,CT and ultrasound examination to show the lung lesions of patients,ultrasound-guided puncture inspection,a pathological diagnosis. Results:18 cases of benign and malignant 42 cases,with the pathology results after surgical resection histopathology,with 53 cases (89.8%),four official holidays negative (6.84 percent),two cases of necrotic tissue,could not be clearly pathological Diagnosis. 60 cases,with 18 G needle biopsy in 37 cases,can be clearly pathological results of 30 cases,six cases were broken due to less affected diagnosis by 21 G biopsy needle in 23 cases,19 cases were a clear diagnosis results. Complications occurred in 5 cases (8.3%),including two cases of pneumothorax,mild hemoptysis three cases of blood or sputum. Conclusion:Diagnosis rate of percutaneous lung biopsy is 80% to 90%. Apply mainly to:physical examination,chest film,smear-and fiber,such as bronchoscopy examination failed to clear diagnosis of pulmonary lesions.
