Abstract:After thirty years of implementing reform and opening up policy,Beijing has experiences the restructuring of“service economy-industrial economy –service economy”;during this period of time,the economic strength of Beijing has been improved significantly. Beijing has now entered the advanced economic stage of post industrialization taking service economy as the main player;the economic development focus is transferred from the quantity of growth to the quality of growth, and development pace is slowed down. The economic restructure has been upgraded from the tertiary industry restructure to the internal structural optimization of the service industry. The high-end economy driven by innovation is increasingly highlighted. The gap between urban and rural areas is narrowed;social demand is increasing;and social conflict is becoming seriously. Spatial relationship gradually shifts from the agglomeration to the outward diffusion;but the pressure brought by the excessive agglomeration of the central area is still significant in the short term. In the light of new era and new normal,and with the consideration of the economic development characteristic and the driving forces of transformation of Beijing,we should pay more attention to the realization of Creation in Beijing and Service in Beijing,develop the headquarter economy in an all-round way, accelerate the construction of the special administrative region of the talent agglomeration,optimize the regional function distribution,and strengthen the regional cooperation to promote the economic transformation of Beijing.
