Abstract:This paper focuses on discussing the influences that green trade barriers played on the aquatic exports.At the beginning,the paper illustrates the causes,manifestations,features of green barriers,expecting to have an overall and systematic understanding of the dual influences and the forming mechanism on exports from the green trade barriers.Then,the paper,based on the analysis of specific data and cases,analyzes the distinct influences that green trade barriers have brought to the aquatic exports in Zhejiang Province.The paper,using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,general analysis and case analysis,specifically discusses the green barrier's short term inhibitory effects played in the export increases and export advantage of aquatic trade.The gravitation model and the specific data have been used to carry on the quantitative analysis.While proving the negative influences of green barrier,the paper emphasizes its promoter actions,which are the medium and long term promotion effects.The suggestions,which is standardization,industrialization,greenization,are devoted to take advantages of the long-term promotions to further promote the exports of aquatic products
