Industrial Waste Management and Resource Recovery Strategy of Machine Tools Manufacturing Industry

Abstract:The Eleventh Five-Year Plan of the Central Government specially cited the importance of energy saving and environmental conservation technologies in supporting the industry structure upgrade and building up an efficient circular economy.Industrial wastes are the inevitable byproduct from production,the quantity of wastes will be escalated with the further expansion of the manufacturing scale.The establishment of a wastes management System and Corperate Cultrue is required for the recovery of industrial wastes to valuable manufacturing resources through the use of appropirate technolgies.This article is based on the field studies conducted on Jiangsu Yang Li Group and the research study on the global trench in addressing the solid wastes management and recovery strategy issue for the metal cutting industry from the aspects of technology and economy.It is further illustrated with the case of Yang Li in recovering the real value of solid wastes through internal recycling.
