Development Evaluation of Low-Carbon Economy in Shaanxi Province

Abstract:This article calculated and evaluated the development of low-carbon economy of Shaanxi Province and compared the national average,and built a low-carbon economic development evaluation index system,from the output indicators of the low-carbon,low carbon emission targets,carbon consumption index,low-carbon resource indicators,respectively.The results showed that the Shaanxi Province is in the low level of low-carbon economy comparing to the national average.The main evaluation unit of carbon emission output,the proportion of zero-carbon energy sources,the zero carbon energy consumption per capita,energy output per unit,energy consumption per unit of industrial added value,efficiency of energy conversion have a larger gap compared with the country.At present,for Shaanxi Province,the key to the development of low-carbon economy is to optimize the industrial structure,the internal industrial structure and energy consumption structure,to develop clean energy,cultivate new industries,to improve energy efficiency by technological progress and reduce carbon emissions.
