Abstract:Based on the principles of scientificity,hierarchy,feasibility,and representativeness,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development potential,determines the assessment indexes by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and builds a multi-objective linear weighted evaluation function model.With this model,a comprehensive assessment is made of Zhejiang's low-carbon economic development potential.The results are as follows:(1)The construction the evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development potential is scientific and has a certain operability;(2)The development of low-carbon economy in Zhejiang Province has great potential,and the comprehensive evaluation has 4 grades;(3)For the development of a low-carbon economy,this paper suggests that Zhejiang Province should take the following measures: to establish and improve the low-carbon economy policy system,to establish a system for carbon emissions and carbon exchanges,to introduce advanced low-carbon technologies from foreign countries,to promote low-carbon consumption and low-carbon lifestyle,and to increase forest coverage.
