Abstract:Haul truck is a kind of heavy transport vehicles that is widely used,the drive system is its core,so the re-search on it has great significance.This paper analyzes the structure of electric drive system of haul truck and discuss-es the key technology such as power circuit,retarding circuit and trolley assist system,the output and breaking char-acteristics are tested,showing that AC drive system with IGBT fits the requirement well and that trolley assist system can decrease the consumption of diesel and total cost.The regenerative braking is a trend of future development.

Abstract:The paper first reviewed the general development situation of UHV AC power transmission abroad, then discussed the necessity and feasibility to develop UHV AC power transmission in China, finally put forward the inexorable trend to develop UHV AC power transmission in our country. Abstract:In the last five years, China has seen the technological development of intelligent mining and the application of the longwall automation technology developed by the Longwall Automation Steering Committee. This paper summarizes this great achievement, which occurred during the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011–2015), and which included the development of a set of intelligent equipment for hydraulic-powered supports, information transfers, dynamic decision-making, performance coordination, and the achievement of a high level of reliability despite difficult conditions. Within China, the intelligent system of a set of hydraulic-powered supports was completed, with our own intellectual property rights. An intelligent mining model was developed that permitted unmanned operation and single-person inspection on the work face. With these technologies, the number of miners on the work face can now be significantly reduced. Miners are only required to monitor mining machines on the roadway or at the surface control center, since intelligent mining can be applied to extract middle-thick or thick coal seams. As a result, miners’ safety has been improved. Finally, this paper discusses the prospects and challenges of intelligent mining over the next ten years.

Relying on the sk-2 double-block sleeper production line of Chongqing section in Zhengwan high-speed railway, a set of intelligent integrated lifting sleeper production technology system is designed and put into use. The system provides a safe operation platform for the operators to ensure the production schedule, reduce labor intensity, save costs, improve economic benefits, and has great promotion value.

Abstract:Manufacturing is the means by which material wealth and civilization are created and as such it has been fueling the growth of new industrialization in our country.It takes manufacturing to transform the results of research and technological development in many fields into products that fulfill human needs and improvement in productivity.Since the turn of the century,core competencies coming forth in the world are high-tech industries.Severe challenges facing us today due to dwindling natural resources,non-renewable energy sources as well as worsening environment call for a brand new thinking in the development of manufacturing science and technology.The national strategic projects have to be supported by extreme manufacturing capability.Reliable service under extreme conditions becomes basic characteristics and requirement for complex manufacturing equipment.Heavy-duty and large capacity manufacturing equipment,due to huge size,heavy payload,large inertia,multi degree-of-freedom,dexterous manipulability,extreme service conditions,is much more difficult to design and manufacture.The principles for energy and matter transformation of man-made systems are the research subjects of manufacturing science.The heavy-duty manufacturing equipment is studied such as super-capacity freeform forging machines,heavy-duty forging manipulators,large payload multi-link mechanical presses and servo mechanical presses,rolling mills,and heavy-duty machine tools.It reviews the development trend in this field and analyzes the gap between China and the state of art in the world.It proposes fundamental scientific and technological issues facing the development of heavy-duty manufacturing equipment including process models and performance evaluation criteria,mapping rules between mechanism and structure topology and performances,principles of fast responses of high power and precision,and fault-tolerant drives,as well as interaction and control of electric and hydraulic coupled systems.The research presented in this paper contributes to China's technological development strategy for heavy-duty manufacturing equipment.

Abstract:In order to prevent and monitor the faults of the cutting unit of the motor and deceleration system of the shearer, this study analyses the shaft’s torsional vibration transmission and provides a mechanical model of concentrated mass for EDW-150-2L Series electrical traction shearer’s motor and deceleration system. Take the cutting resistance with simple harmonic vibration for example. The torsional vibration equation of shaft’s output terminal is deduced theoretically and analyses its vibration type.

Abstract:The electrification and intelligent transformation of harvester to make it have independent operation ability is an important embodiment of the development trend of agricultural automation and intelligence. Based on a full feed combine provided by relative company, this paper makes an electric transformation for its reaping and threshing part, including mechanical design, electric circuit construction, brushless DC(Direct Current) motor installation and test. Based on the finite automatic state mechanism, the control system of the electric operation part is built. Its sequential start and stop functions, reel speed following function and blockage detection and discharge function are tested in no-load experiment and farmland harvesting experiment. Through the continuous wheat harvesting test for 30 minutes, the power characteristics when harvesting wheat are measured, and the stability of its work is verified.

Abstract:A new rectangular driving machine is introduced about its design method and its main technical parameters,which is suitable for micro working well with jacking-pulling construction technology.Combining the pulling force of driving system with the driving machine,deflection and backward of the machine head are solved in common rectangular pipe jacking construction.The machine head is designed with multi-cutter,each cutter is positive inversion and rotary speed can be easily adjusted with less machine head deflecting.The new driving machine can also be operated only with jacking force.
