Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of flexibility,phase and consistence in reforming Chinese rural land system,this paper argues that the reform is a course of imperceptible development which results in complete change of the old system.The course can be divided into several distinctive phases in which present different problems and define different tasks.It is a trial to reform the land system with an inner line which is not changed by subjective idea of man.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cost and benefit of investment of human capital based on a two-stage development model of urbanizing of peasant labors in china.We find that in the first stage peasant labors invest in migrating to city to get more income,and the higher earnings yield of investment has pulled more and more peasant labors to invest in migrating and has become the intrinsic impetus to the development of the first stage,but in the second stage,peasant labors need invest more to transform to townspeople,it develops slowly now for the deficiency of investment of human capital.In the end of the paper,we make some suggestions on how to increase the investment of human capital in the urbanizing of peasant labors in china.

Abstract:The premise of understanding human development and human emancipation under Marxism lies on correctly understanding the concept of Human Essences in Marxism, as well as the relationship between the individual and the society, human alienation and the free and overall human development. This paper, from the definition on human essences under Marxism, explains the meaning of "Total Social Relations" and "A Real, Living Individual", introduces the place of individual in social division of labor and the development of social productive forces and productive relations, and then analyzes the roots of human alienation in modern capitalist society. In socialist market economy, only with the theory of human development and human emancipation under Marxism can the conditions for overall human development be created.

Abstract:The peasants in local color fiction in new century fall into three categories:the migrant peasants;the peasants staying in the countryside;and the rural intellectuals. Because they live in dif-ferent social spaces which are determined by their social activities in general and by their economic ac-tivities in particular,peasants of these different types undergo unprecedentedly different fate and expe-rience in the transformation of rural China. In the process of acquiring modernity,the fission of the peasants‘ cultural personality and spiritual structure is more intense and complex than ever. Their im-age characterized by a historical transition is the result of the transformation of Chinese society. It is also created and pictured by local writers in the new century in line with their own value orientation, moral choice and artistic insight,who try to seize the historical opportunity and analyze the fission of the peasants‘ cultural personality.

Abstract:Based on the description and comprehension framework of " the belief basis of peasants' action" , this paper observes and analyzes the issue of the rural political stability from the angles of rural social psychology and behavior. Generally speaking, both peasants and cadres at grass-roots level have high opinion of the authority of the Party and its government. However, as to the newly elected cadres, government and cadres at grass-roots level, they have oppposite view. They recognize the improvement of their living standard, and are optimistic about the country's future, but they show less confidence in the future of rural areas. They have high opinion of the social system in law and theory, but low opinion of the social system in practice. It shows that in spite of some collective incidents against the governments and cadres at the local level, there isn't any basis of popular will for drastic social change.

Abstract:The paper reviews the theories and empirical researches on the development of circular in China.The paper overviews the development and connotation of the circular agriculture and the main research contents of developing circular in China,discusses the main models, orientation,restrictive factors,institutional and policy environment of developing agricultural circular economy in China.The paper also briefly reviews the further theories and empirical researches which are necessary for developing agricultural circular economy in China.There are a lot of existing advantages for Chinese agriculture to develop circular economy.However,the researches on it are still at a beginning stage.A lot of theories,technology,policies and regulations need further researches.It's necessary that scholars should strengthen the theories and empirical researches and provide reference to the construction of agricultural circular economy.

Abstract:First of all, according to neo-classical economics, we have, in this paper, simplified and abstracted the problem of income gap (IG) as the problem of distribution in the factor market; then, located and fixed the variables of the effect of peasant IG as farmer's quality for factors and the market environment out of the village, and analyzed theoretically and elaborated the channel of the effect of the two variables upon the IG within and between villages and upon the change in IG; finally, by the static decomposition of Jinnie's coefficient and the dynamic decomposition of the variation of Jinnie's coefficient, made respectively a case study of the IG within and between the village. The two case studies have verified the hypothesis ventured in our theoretic analyses that it is through the change in income structure that the outside market environment impacts on the change in IG within the village, and that it is mainly through the change in the concentration degree of the factor income and at the same time in income proportion that the outside market environment effects the change in the IG between villages.

Abstract:As the essence of the socialist core value system,the spirit of the times,an effective breakthrough point for the new generation of peasant workers to cultivate the socialist core values,must be vigorously promoted.Surveys show that the new generation of migrant workers generally advocates and possesses the spirit of the times which are chiefly influenced by the social environment,the family background and the individual factors.Among these factors,the environment of network media,individual values and innovative spirits,and intergenerational transmission of family cultural capital are decisive and positive.Therefore,to cultivate the time spirit of the new generation of peasant workers,social events should be positively and objectively reported to guide the public opinions,the individual values and innovative spirits should be strengthened,the education resources should be better incorporated and the family cultural capital should be enriched.

Abstract:As a link connecting between urban and rural areas,migrant workers play an irreplaceable role in the construction of socialist new countryside.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the status of peasant workers is become increasingly prominent.From the perspective of social status,migrant workers are in a underlying status.On the one hand,they are in the bottom of urban society;on the other hand,in rural society,they belong to the elite group.This article divides the new rural construction into three different levels of new rural economic construction,new rural political construction and new rural cultural construction,and discusses the impact of migrant workers to the new rural construction from these three different levels.

Abstract:Based on the new historical starting point to promote the modernization of agriculture, the countryside and the peasants, it is necessary to develop them directly. To develop modern agriculture need to introduce modern productive elements into agriculture. Two prominent elements are: first, science and technology; second, human capital. The key to encouraging people to invest modern productive elements into agriculture lies in the increase of agricultural input-return rate. The integration of the urban and the rural areas should be the basic approach to promote rural modernization. Urbanization of cities and towns and concentrated inhabitation of villages can be an efficient way. To overcome the deficiency of urban-rural dual system guarantees the integration process. The basic approach for peasants to realize modernization lies in that they either work in cities or enjoy citizenship, i.e., they enjoy the equal rights of citizen; both urban and rural residents have equal political, economic and social status; there will be no difference in their living patterns; and they enjoy the equal rights to consume public goods.

Abstract:Following the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the Central Rural Working Conference, the issue of rural development was once again highly emphasized. In the current context, whereby the lack of rural participation in rural planning has caused the peasantry’s collective interests to have been overlooked and individual interests harmed, the paper argues for greater peasantry participation in rural planning. Based on an analysis of the multiple stakeholders’ interests, this paper proposes a practical and rational new model of public participation. This paper also argues that by increasing peasantry participation in decision-making, policy planning, and planning implementation, rural planning can ensure that the peasantry is the main beneifciary of rural planning.

On the Germanic Development Path of China (Ⅰ)——A Study of Marx's Pre-capitalist Modes of Production

Abstract:Marx had proposed a theory of three-stage development path of human society,namely,community,civil society,and future community,in the work Pre-capitalist Modes of Production(Formen,die der kapitalistischen Produktion vorhergehen,1857—1858).This was different from his conception of world history his late years.According to later conception,of the three types of original communities,i.e.the Asian community,the Ancient community,and the Germanic community,only the Germanic community would evolve to civil society,while the Asian community would not be able to realize this transition on its own.Contrary to this prediction,the year 1978 witnessed certain Germanic elements in China such as "the division of labor and property",and,under the influence of which,China is contemporarily on the path of "Germanic"development.The author concludes that at the present stage,in order to interpret the Chinese development,we need to shift the interpretation framework from Marx's "conception in his late years"to the one he proposed in Pre-capitalist Modes of Production.

Abstract:By scrutinizing themes of areas in novels of the 1950s and 60s in China from the perspective of modernity,this paper attempts to consider both the historical rationality and the excessive ideological inclination of representation in novels of themes.Since the Chinese revolution aims at reestablishing history upon the social basis with poor peasants as its principal body,a new type of history in culture should be developed accordingly by repelling the enlightenment culture of Chinese modernity based on national bourgeoisie and by establishing a type of culture with peasants and the area as the principal body.As the initial resource for the establishment of socialist revolutionary literature,the works by Zhao Shuli did not portray intense class struggle or contain descriptions of bloody violence,because works of such mild emotions as those by Zhao Shuli were then needed to console peasants,which indicates the practical relationship between literature and revolution.As for socialist revolution,literature is needed not only to delineate radical prospective images but also to actually comfort society mainly composed of peasants by way of traditional artistic modes of expression loved the people.This is the very paradox between the revolutionariness of ideology and the national features of the artistic pattern embodied by the rural subject matter.

Abstract:Rapid development in a transitioning society will surely bring to fore as many positive consequences as negative ones. Drawing upon Amartya Sen and Fromm, this concept of Entwicklungsdialektik is put forward to generalize the pathological representation of this highly mixed record of development.The solution to such Entwicklungsparadox lies in the shift from mechanical solidarity (as a characteristic of traditional society)to organic solidarity (typical of a modern one),enabling the latter to increase in both scale and depth in the society.A critical reflection on the Durkheimian thesis on “occupational groups/corporation”paves the way for us to propose the new concept of civitas homini ,which is characterized by “the new quintochomy of human relations,”“an all-in-all consideration of both Vernünftigkeit and Rationalit?t,” “priority to individual choice preferences,” and “intersubjective recognition.” This concept is of greater hermeneutic value and empirical validity for the reality in contemporary China.
