Aesthetic Connotation of Forest

Abstract:As a very crucial element in human ecological environment，the forest is closely linked with human’s existence. People start to show their respect to the forest during the process of exploitation and regard it as an aesthetic object. The paper attempts to discus the aesthetic connotation of forest and its relevant issues from the perspectives of cultural inheritance，ecological environment，social significance，literature and aesthetic imagery，evidence of social development. ［Ch，21 ref.］
