Abstract:On the guideline of the Guiding Opinions on Training Base Construction ordained by the State Grid Corporation, this paper proposed a scheme for promoting the construction of training base for dispatchers.Based on analysis of the staff status in Jiangxi power dispatch center and optimization of the existing dispatch-training resources, the construction scheme of dispatch-training base for Jiangxi power grid was discussed in the paper, which included the building of general dispatch-training room, corresponding training evaluation system, information management platform, and so on.The scheme in this paper can provide beneficial references for other provincial grid corporations in the process of dispatch-training base construction.
