Abstract:China has entered a risk society, risk characteristics of the society itself makes the food safety supervision will face new challenges. Thus, the establishment of executive credibility as the core to improve food safety regulatory mechanism should be concerned, specifically including: the openness of the implementation process, information disclosure, increased transparency, to fully protect the public extensive, in-depth participation; separation of risk assessment and risk management to maintain the independence of the assessment, advanced, democratic; focus on procedures for the accountability system design.
