Abstract:In the perspective of historical source,the law culture in ancient China makes up the law cultural tradition that has historical foundation,national identity and far-reaching.Since the nineteenth century,the social reform has been taking place in China and the material living conditions that China traditional law culture depends on are losing and face a new situation.The ancient law culture,as a whole,is gone,but some elements have survived such as law consciousness,customs,acting way and so on.
