Abstract:In China,the contractor consists of design unit and construction unit,the construction joint ventures(JVs) cause the bargaining behavior when the designs are optimized.Based on analysis of the process of design change,this paper studies on the Stackelberg game model between construct units and design units,which shows that the ability to design units and construct units,communication and trust,the degree of benefit-sharing and risk-sharing,the interference of the director in JVs directly influence the behavior of the units.In the end,the paper analyses the interacting mechanism in HZMB Island tunnel construction,which provides a reference for the implementation of DB mode in mega construction.
