Abstract:Repair of bone damage or the removal of cancerous bone tissue is by replacement with a restorative piece, and to prepare a restorative piece for bone replacement, it is necessary to chemically identify compounds that are close to the formula for resistance. The biological and mechanical properties of sample are investigated and then used in the micromechanical modeling analysis to estimate a proper porosity amount for compressive strength. This composite has better biocompatibility and biodegradability than any other composite. Freeze drying method and three-dimensional printing technique lead to the design of a porous scaffold with proper pore size. A porous scaffold is used for hyperthermic approaches, which are used in the treatment of cancer. As shown by scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, the sample containing 10 wt% bioceramics created a more favorable environment for cell production as well as scaffold strength. Bioceramic samples containing 10 wt% have a better result than other samples with a weight loss of 31 %. The sample with 10 wt% bioceramics has up to 36 % weight loss. Using pH, the sample with 10 wt% had a pH of 7.6 and other samples had higher pH values. In terms of porosity, the sample without bioceramic, and products containing 5 wt%, 10 wt% and 15 wt%, have porosities of 48, 51, 54 and 56 %, respectively, which increased with bioceramic content and compression strength reduction.
