Abstract:In view of the present situation of the university students' living-area,whose scale rapidly expanding,function continously strengthened and the connotation unceasingly enriched.The author conducted an analysis on the following aspects: the relationship between living and education,the construction,basic elements and functions of living-area.Citing the new campus planning of Nantong University as an example,this work put forward four method: web-connecting paths,multi-(level)dimensions of living-area,setting empty-areas and creating occasions,aimed at solving the core problem of how to embody the concept of modern education and establish good education environment.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the origin and employment of architecture students in Guangzhou University,we pointed out the importance of students’ individuation education.We put forward strategies of professional talent training scheme from formulation to implementation in the local college of architecture subject based on the universal adaptation of talent training scheme and provided flexible and diverse channels through a special management system to meet students’ personalized career development needs.Taking Guangzhou University as an example,we analyzed specific operation methods.

Abstract:Taking No.11 Middle School Teaching Complex Building as an example,this thesis focused on the whole process from designing to construction and brought forward three main opinions:the first step is from careful investigation,how to pursue the inner logic based upon the site characteristics or even some negative elements;the second is how to integrate these concepts and make decisions,and use the architectural form and space to express the concepts;the third is how the all kinds of factors in construction process affect the final results.And through the analysis of these three aspects,it summarized some guide and control principles of architectural design.

Abstract:The campus is not only an exploited area or several buildings can be used, but also a holistic system with highly artistic and practical value, and its space and ambience can edify the morality character and research potential of the students. With the analysis of the limitations and the construction process of Ninghai Technical School, we expound the efficient methods of joint effort among the architect, the client and the contractor, and discuss the feasibility of the transcendence of many limitations and requirements in the campus design.

Abstract:The paper takes the design of the newly built Dingqiao Town Junior High School in Haining City as an example.With the merger of the original Dingqiao Junior High School and Xincang Junior High School in Dingqiao Town,the newly built school needs to meet the modern teaching task of 30 classes and not exceed the cost limit of 3245 yuan per square meter for Jian'an.Under strict conditions and funding constraints,this paper studies and adopts various local strategies to build a new settlement based,economic based,and local campus teaching venue that is rich in Jiangnan charm,academy spirit,and diverse functions.
