Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to confirm the genus correlation among 26 strains of halophiles. [Method] The genomic DNA was extracted from 26 strains of halophiles isolated from different solar salterns and coasts located in Zhoushan Archipelago.PCR amplification and sequencing were made on its 16S rDNA sequences to make the phylogenetic analysis.[Result] The phylogenetic analysis results showed that 26 strains of halophiles could be divided into 10 genus.[Conclusion] Among 26 tested strains, the proportion of Halomona was highest from coasts, the proportion of Halobacillus was highest from solar salterns.
