Abstract:In terms of graphical network topology management which bases on the Web as well as can be operated dynamically, the typical resolution is to embed particular Applet programs into Website with the usage of Java Swing. Its bottleneck is that it has no instant response and force users to wait so much time. To solve these problems, we utilize SVG which has strong qualification of operating the graphs combine with Ajax to realize highly efficient interactivity. In the paper, the technological advantage of SVG and the principle of Ajax are analyzed firstly. Then a method of graphical network topology management on the basis of Ajax and SVG is adopted. The graphical management which is discussed in this paper not only supports Web service, but also satisfies the need of dynamic operation.

Abstract:A method was proposed for graphics and data web publishing for local thermal power plant management information system based on AJAX. SVG was used as the Web publishing and display format. In order to solve the problem of information's real-time dynamic refreshment, AJAX was elected as the asynchronous communication mechanism. The application results show that this method has the advantages of saving network bandwidth, reducing transmission delay and the transmission information is more safe and reliable. It's feasible and available. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:At present,lots of solutions to 3D GIS networks using the maturing Web3D technology have already been designed with the rapid development of the WebGIS technology.And the technical superiority of AJAX should be adopted in order to avoid the plug-in download problem.Proposed in this paper,ASP.NET AJAX and Web3D are combined and tried.First the meaning of the AJAX technology is outlined,and then the more detailed principle or mechanism of ASP.NET AJAX is introduced.The feasibility study and experiment of Web3D are carried out using the partial page refresh function of this technology,and a preliminary solution is provided.Compared with other methods,it can be seen that this way has some practical significance in WebGIS applications.

The Z Specification Web Editor (ZSWE) is the first prototype of a web based graphical editor for the Z specification language. Abstract:Currently,SVG-based WebGIS emphasizes particularly on the publishing electronic-map with little funciton of spatial analysis.By calling DOM interface of SVG with JavaScript,several technologies,such as buffer analysis,spatial query and the analysis of the shortest-path in the SVG WebGIS,were discussed.A prototype was realized.It shows that SVG has the ability to construct lightweight WebGIS with efficient functions of spatial analysis.

Abstract:Modern visualization technology is an important option to improve the intelligence of power system operation. Based on scalable vector graphics （SVG） technology, a unified, compatible, integrated power system visualization platform and standard visualization methods library are developed. The platform can supportvarious visualization technologies including SVG with better compatibility and integration of different types of visualization tools. A visualization methods library based on SVG and geographic information is developed, which automatically matches the actual power grid model and data format. The methods library is flexible, portable and efficient with a standard object-oriented interface. Moreover, integration is realized of intelligent human-computer interaction in the visualization platform and the method library, implementing technologies of similar information integration, data mining, machine learning and forecasting. The intelligent human-computer interaction is beneficial to improving the perceptive and analytic ability of system operators towards power system operation.

Abstract:At present,the main problems of an automatic engineering configuration system for substation automation in power system include information inconsistency and data re-input between master station and substation.This paper analyzes the disadvantage of third party graphic editing systems,and proposes an opening format modeling system with integrated graphic and data using SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) with CIM(Common Information Model),will greatly reduce the complexity of automatic engineering configuration.This paper also provides key implementation of the vector graphic editing system of power system by use of open source components JGraph,Batik and Log4j in java environment.Such development yields an engineering expected system which fulfills the open engineering configuration for manual configuration in substation and automatic configuration in master station.This design has been used in real application.

Abstract:SVG is a standard text-based graph description language.It is a key issue for the standardization of the dispatching automation system to implement SVG-based graphic system.A graphic model,which is based on graph-datum integration method,is proposed in this paper for electric power dispatching.The transformation between SVG and other graphic formats is implemented,the topology structure can generate automatically using set-division method,and the application in dispatching visualization is also discussed.As the platform can share the graphic information among different systems,the new graphic system meets the requirement of real-time display and supports the data visualization.
