Determination on the Contents of Cu,Flavone in Chinese Herbal Medicines and Analysis the Relation of the Effect for Eliminating Free Radical

Abstract:Objective:This experiment determinated the content of Mn and flavonoid in Chinese Herbal medicines,and analyzed trace element Cu with the relativity of the total flavonoid content,and the effect of the clearance free radicals relation.Method:The medicines were Radices jsatidis seu baphicacanthi,Sehizandra sinensis Bail,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Lithospermumofficinalel,Lonicera japonica,Bupleurum falcatuml,Ligusticum wallichii,dried and powdered,completely mixed,The atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of trace elements Cu,Adopt alcohol extract the flavone in Chinese Herbal medicines,and the content of flavone was determinted with uv spectrometry.Results:The results shows that metal elements Cu and flavone were rich in 8 kinds of Chinese Herbal medicines.There was the most trace element Cu in Bupleurum falcatuml,and the lowest trace element Cu in Radices jsatidis seu baphicacanthi.There were more flavone in Salisburia adiantifolia,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Ligusticum wallichii,Lithospermum officinalel,Lonicera japonica.Conclusion: In the different medicine content with of total flavonoid and trace element Cu contents have certain difference,the medicine material growth environment dissimilarity,the place dissimilarity,meeting influence the chemistry composition,thus affect the efficacy of medicine.The content of the chemical element of Cu is higher in the gingko leaf,honey-suckle,purple grass,the content of the total flavonoid is also higher in this a few medicine.Flavonoid compound in the Chinese herbal medicine and trace element all the one who have its important function,but is not alone exertive its efficacy of medicine function,trace element and flavonoids can combine metals matches with the thing,can develop the anti-oxidizes the function,the clearance free radicals inside the body.It provided a useful data for the further study mechanism of the herb medicine anti-decrepitude,the clearance free radicals.
