Abstract:As an important basis for medical equipment resource allocation, cost-beneift analysis obtained more and more attention from government management departments and hospital management. In this paper, the method of informatization technology was used to make the cost-benefit analysis so as to monitor the equipment assets, operating costs and revenue in real time. It also provided decision-making basis for department cost control and master planning for medical equipment, and improved the level of ifne management for medical equipment.

Abstract:Medical homogenization in multi-campus hospital plays an essential role in leveraging the advantages of public hospitals, promoting the expansion of high-quality medical resources and balancing regional layout. The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine deeply used digital intelligence technology to build a new integrated mobile health service system consisting of internet hospital and 5G intelligent applications, which empowered medical efficiency in multi-campus hospital. This system broke the limitations of inconsistent medical resources, unbalanced discipline layout, and insufficient information connectivity in the construction of multi-campus hospitals, and achieved remarkable results in practice. It could provide reference for the multi-campus construction of other large public hospitals.

Abstract:The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University founded an online hospital campus leveraging the Internet-plus environment. Supported by the offline hospital, this campus made full use of Internet features and advantages in its attempts to optimize the distribution of medical resources,to improve the accessibility of medical service, to reduce medical costs, and to expand the service coverage among others. Meanwhile,this online system, via interconnection with the hospital′s HIS system, achieved online medical insurance payment,prescriptions checking and drug delivery service.

Abstract:The current research funding management system is an important part of the project-oriented national technology program management system and it is difficult to find a method to solve many problems existing in the management and use process of research funds starting from the research funding management system itself.This paper studies the influence of the management system of research funding on implementation of the project-oriented system by analyzing the management and use process of research funds in national technology programs to find out problems and to explore the reasons.The paper puts forward measures and suggestions for remedying the inherent drawbacks of the system.

Abstract:In accordance with the status quo that the teaching laboratories’information management construction of medical colleges and universities is still at the initial stage,to put forward the idea of building new informational management system combined with actual situation of molecular medicine teaching experimental platform of Shandong University School of Medicine. The system could achieve the automated operation of laboratories’management to ensure the rapid transferring of various types of information,such as Laboratory operations and maintenance,and then realize the resources sharing. Though improving the laboratories’management level of informationization and modernization,prompting the laboratory staffs to improve their own qualities,and in the meanwhile stimulating the learning motivation and involvement of students,so as to provide strong protection for the healthy and steady development of teaching experimental platform.

Abstract:Being aimed at the management of investment equipments, the flow of data has been put forward and the two main modes of data calculating have been established by our relying on No.1 Network of Military Healthy. The real-time management has been realized by the system in regard to eguipments' contact, charges, payouts, interest, payment, forecast and decision-makiing. It has been steadily test-running for more than 10 months in our hospital, and data have been processed exactly and creditably.

Abstract:Abstract At present, due to the limitations of technology and resources, the comprehensive budget management generally has problems such as imperfect foundation of establishment, weak binding force of execution, and lack of performance appraisal system. These problems become more prominent in the context of the era of big data. The use of big data technology, such as large capacity, real-time control, intelligent Settings and other characteristics, will be able to improve the current many problems. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to combine big data with comprehensive budget management. This paper holds that it is not enough for comprehensive budget management to stay in the current stage, but also need to use big data technology, which is a higher level of information stage. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of double subordination fuzzy support vector machine to study the effect of budget management of scientific research projects in Chinese universities. Based on the construction of comprehensive budget management performance evaluation index system throughout the whole process of college budget cycle, taking S university as an example, this paper analyzes the performance of comprehensive budget management in S university, and points out that big data can optimize and innovate the budget management mode, which has great significance for college budget management.

Abstract:Objective Base on the requirements of national science and technology system reform,to optimize the information system of scientific research management in hospital,improve the level of scientific research management and service.Methods According to the requirements of the national science and technology system reform and the current situation of our hospital,Peking University People's Hospital had formulated and implemented the optimization scheme of the information system of scientific research management.The questionnaire survey was used to understand the optimization effect of information system.Results The hospital had established a whole process coverage and real-time dynamic information system of scientific research management,which improved the efficiency and quality of scientific research management.The survey results showed that the hospital users have a good evaluation of the information system,and the system construction has a strong advantage in the Beijing district hospitals.Conclusions The whole process and real-time dynamic information system of scientific research management established by the hospital accords with the relevant requirements of national science and technology system reform,and effectively improves the level of scientific research management and service in our hospital.

Abstract:In order to realize the purpose of precise profit management, resolve data isolated phenomena, utilize all kinds of university resources efficiently, and improve the quality and efficiency of university management, a new and feasible URP (University Resource Planning) project based on digital university is proposed in this paper, which is established based on the ideology of digital, apply the ideas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and BRP (Business Resource Planning) and combine the fact of university management. An efficient, safe URP management platform by applying some new technologies such as SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), XML (Extensible Markup Language), Web service and mode integration is set up, which could make leadership scientific decision and management in universities.
