Abstract:Objective To make a better formulation of Docetaxel Injection by using a simple preparation method,and to establish a better quality standard which can control the samples.Method The prescription process of Docetaxel Injection was established and compared with the national standards and the internal control standards of Taxotere from Aventis company. Results The injection was stable when the pH,adjusted by tartaric acid, of the solution is about 3.5; the quality of the samples was consistent with the standard.after 12 months. Conclusion The preparing thchnique is simple; the quality of the samples is consistent with the standard.
