Abstract:In the past several years,scientific and technological cooperation among the Yangtse River Delta(which consists of Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang)has taken effect.Although the cooperation has promoted the development of economy,science and technology in this area,it faces many problems.Above all,there is no special technology policy for the whole Delta.The governments paid little attention to the policy of scientific and technological cooperation.In order to promote the speed of economic growth in its region,sometimes the local government even prevent the entry of outside commodities,and which has delayed the innovation of technology and science and the course of economic growth.Therefore,it is necessary to study the harmonizes mechanism of science and technology policy,and it will take great effect in building innovation system of Yangtse River Delta.
