On Enterprise Knowledge Warfare

Abstract:The paper gives an analysis of enterprise knowledge gap and knowledge-based advantage from the viewpoint of enterprise knowledge warfare. Strategies for enterprise knowledge warfare are presented. For explicit knowledge gap, it’s proposed to use competitive intelligence and counter-intelligence to prevent knowledge warfare. For tacit knowledge gap, we should pay attention to the protection and utilization of intellectual capital to intensify the knowledge-based advantages of the organizations.
