Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, the knowledge increases by the way of explosion, and the rapid updating of knowledge challenges the traditional education so as to appeal people to change the learning concepts and the learning methods. Internet, with its abundant resources, advanced technology and convenient way to obtain information, is favored by people. Web-based distance learning will become lifelong learning as a major way. In this paper, the basic framework of network learning platform has been built on the basis of discussion of fundamental theory about th network learning platform, and the different functions of the modules are analyzed, then the understanding and ideas to adapt to the new form of e-learning platform are put forward.
