Abstract:In this paper, we establish the global existence of smooth solutions of the three-dimensional MHD system for a class of large initial data. Both the initial velocity and magnetic field can be arbitrarily large in the critical norm.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish the global existence to the three-dimensional incompressible Hall-MHD equations for a class of large initial data, whose $L^{\infty}$ norms can be arbitrarily large. In addition , we give an example to show that such a large initial value does exist. Our idea is splitting the generalized heat equations from Hall-MHD system to generate a small quantity for large time $t$.

Abstract:In this paper, the global smooth solution of Cauchy's problem of incompressible, resistive, viscous Hall-magnetohydrodynamics (Hall-MHD) is studied. By exploring the nonlinear structure of Hall-MHD equations, a class of large initial data is constructed, which can be arbitrarily large in $H^3(\mathbb{R}^3)$. Our result may also be considered as the extension of work of Lei-Lin-Zhou from the second-order semi-linear equations to the second-order quasilinear equations, because the Hall term elevates the Hall-MHD system to the quasilinear level.

Abstract:We study the large time behavior of a 3-D MHD (magneto-hydrodynamical)-type system without magnetic diffusion introduced by Lin and Zhang (2014). By using the elementary energy method and interpolation technique, we prove the global existence and decay estimate of smooth solution near the equilibrium state (x3, 0).

By exploring the structure of semilinear and quasilinear terms, we prove the global existence of solutions for a class of large initial data. Both the velocity and magnetic fields could be arbitrarily large in $H^3(\mathbb{R}^3)$.

Abstract:We consider the Cauchy problem to the three-dimensional isentropic compressible Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) system with density-dependent viscosities. When the initial density is linearly equivalent to a large constant state, we prove that strong solutions exist globally in time, and there is no restriction on the size of the initial velocity and initial magnetic field.

Abstract:A new method for constructing the symmetric form for the hyperbolic systems is introduced. Then a new symmetric form of the equations of MHD transverse flow is constructed by adding an additional equation. With this new form, we obtain the local existence of smooth solution including the case that the initial density may tend to the vacuum state at infinity. Furthermore, the uniformly a priori estimation for the classical solutions is established and the global smooth solutions for a kind of initial data are obtained.

Abstract:By observing a new relation between the magnetic pressure and the hydrodynamic pressure, global existence of classical solution to the full perfect MHD equations with large data is established, in particular including the case when all the viscosity, heat conductivity and diffusivity coefficients are constant. This can be viewed as an analog of the classical work by Kazhikhov-Shelukhin for the Navier-Stokes equations to the MHD equations. In addition, the vanishing shear viscosity limit is proved.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the quantum MHD equations with both the viscosity coefficient and the magnetic diffusion coefficient are depend on the density. we prove the global existence of weak solutions and perform the lower planck limit in a 3-dimensional torus for large initial data. The global existence is shown by using Faedo-Galerkin method and weak compactness techniques for the adiabatic exponent $\gamma>1$.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the existence of forward self-similar solutions to the three-dimensional Magnetohydrodynamic equations (MHD equations) with arbitrarily large self-similar initial data. Using the so called blow-up argument, we establish the necessary a priori estimates. Subsequently, the Leray-Schauder theorem allows us to construct a global-time forward self-similar solutions of the MHD equations. Furthermore, we prove that this solution is smooth in $\R^{3}\times(0,\infty)$.

Abstract:We prove the global existence and the decay estimates of small smooth solution for the 2-D MHD equations without magnetic diffusion. This confirms the numerical observation that the energy of the MHD equations is dissipated at a rate independent of the ohmic resistivity.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove the global regularity of smooth solutions to 2D surface quasi-geostrophic (SQG) equations with super-critical dissipation for a class of large initial data, where the velocity and temperature can be arbitrarily large in spaces $L^\infty(\mathbb{R}^2)$ and $H^3(\mathbb{R}^2)$. This result could be seen as an improvement work of Liu-Pan-Wu \cite{Liu}, for it's without any smallness hypothesis of the $L^\infty(\mathbb{R}^2)$ norm of the initial data.
