Abstract:Nowadaysï1⁄4Œour country has a relative density of population, so once a fire occursÂ inÂ theÂ building, personnelÂ evacuationÂ is more difficult. Since fire and water have no mercy and the fire spreads quickly, it will endanger peopleâ€TMs life and property safety if unable to fully guarantee the quality of water supply and drainage for fire control. Scientific and rational water supply and drainageÂ systemÂ forÂ fire controlÂ canÂ effectively increase the efficiency and speed of fire rescue, reduce peopleâ€TMs property loss and improveÂ theÂ residential safety index of the building itself. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and design key points of water supply and drainage engineering for fireÂ controlÂ inÂ high-rise buildings.Â

Abstract:The SWH system, which refers to solar water heating system, is getting popular in recent years. Despite the wide range of application, the incorporate design of SWH system with high-rise residential building stays problematic due to the lack of comprehensive design and calculation system, there is much to be improved in terms of programming, system and parameter selection, calculation system and the management of the SWH system. This paper mainly discusses the principle of design and calculation of SWH system, a real high-rise residential building project in the city of Guilin is set as an example .With the help of it, the design of SWH system in the stage of blueprint, the selection of hot water system and climate data, the calculation method of SWH system, and the importance and necessity of using monthly-based data to design the SWH system will be elaborated in detail. This paper also expects to be helpful to the construction of other SWH projects in China.

Abstract:Nowadays, the demand for architecture by the public is not only a living, but also an increase in comfort and safety requirements, and more attention is paid to the design of water supply and drainage works for buildings.In recent years, the rapid development of the economy, whether it is urban or township, the degree of housing community is getting higher and higher, people's requirements for the water supply and drainage function of the building are also constantly improving, which gives the water supply and drainage project a broader development space.In this paper, the nine-story building in a certain district is taken as the research object, and the design analysis is carried out according to the relevant data of the building and the living needs of the residents to verify the feasibility.According to the four parts of water supply, drainage, fire protection and rainwater drainage, the water supply and drainage project of the building is analyzed, and the construction points are briefly given.It can effectively improve the design level and quality of the water supply and drainage system of the building, and facilitate the use of domestic water for residents.

Abstract:Based on studying the index of regulatory detailed plan and its relation with energy consumption,it come to a rudimental judgment that high rise apartment ratio is an important factor to energy saving.Then,taking Hangzhou as a case,the paper calculated the house energy consumption by using PKTM when plot ratio is 1.6.Result shows when high rise apartment ratio is 0.21,0.30,0.40,0.50,0.60,0.70,0.80,house energy consumption of unit area is 51.25kW·h/m2,50.02kW·h/m2,49.90kW·h/m2,48.37kW·h/m2,47.94kW·h/m2,47.29kW·h/m2,47.37kW·h/m2.It is proved that high rise apartment ratio is an important factor to energy consumption of urban residence.Moreover,there exists some law in high rise apartment ratio and energy consumption.Therefore,to bring high rise apartment ratio into the index system of regulatory detailed plan is feasibility.

Abstract:Abstract According to the present situation of building water supply and drainage, water saving technology of building water supply and drainage is analyzed, and the effective utilization of water resources is realized. Water saving technology mainly includes the reasonable limit water pressure point, to avoid pressure flow; improve water supply system and reduce the invalid water; using water-saving water distribution equipment, sanitary ware; promote the use of high quality pipeline and valve; improve the status of the fire pool construction and development and promote the regeneration of water and rainwater utilization technology.

Abstract:: With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, higher requirements are put forward for the comfort and related functions of civil buildings. Therefore, HVAC system is widely used in modern civil buildings. The design requirements of residents for civil building systems are also increasing. HVAC system is an important system of civil buildings, and its design level will have a direct impact on the internal air environment and comfort of buildings. The power consumption of HVAC system is very obvious. Under the sustainable development strategy, effective energy-saving design must be adopted to solve the problem of high power consumption. Based on the principle of save energy & cut emissions, this paper aims to provide users with a comfortable and healthy environment. Through the use of renewable resources and clean energy, combined with the shortcomings of the current air-conditioning energy-saving design and design standards, it proposes new energy-saving technologies to optimize heating and cooling. Energy-saving design strategies of ventilation and air-conditioning, increasing the promotion of energy-saving HVAC, etc., hope to contribute to the progress and development of energy-saving design of HVAC in civil buildings.

Abstract:Abstract Under the background of ecological civilization construction, this article aims at the Qingdao Shooting Sports Center project, with the specific technical scheme, and energy consumption calculation adopted in green construction and energy saving. Combining the theoretical knowledge of green buildings with actual projects, through the energy-saving assessment of the project, the type and quantity of energy consumption of the project are grasped, the energy consumption level of the project is analyzed, and the rationality of the energy utilization of the project and the feasibility of energy-saving measures are evaluated. This article provides some reference data and research for preparing the green and energy-saving design and evaluation report of public building projects.

Abstract:建筑节能改造是解决能源短缺的有效办法。本文使用情景分析法及IPAT 方程对某高校主教学楼的能源消耗进行三种情况的预测，通过比较现状与预测情况的差距，得出某高校主教学楼的建筑节能潜力。在此案例的基础上提出中国高校建筑设计的建议和未来建筑节能的展望。 The energy-saving transformation of buildings is an effective way to solve the energy shortage. The paper forecasts three situations about the energy consumption of the main teaching building of a university by using the scenario analysis method and IPAT equation and reaches the energy- saving potential of the main teaching building of the university through comparing the gap between the current situation and forecasting situations. Based on the case, the paper puts forward suggestions for the architectural design of Chinese colleges and universities and the prospect for the future building energy efficiency.
