Abstract:The TyG-BMI index, which is a reliable indicator of insulin resistance (IR), has been found to have a significant correlation with the occurrence of cardiovascular events. However, there still lacks study on the TyG-BMI index and prognosis in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). The objective of the present study was to evaluate the relationship between TyG-BMI index at admission to ICU and all-cause mortality in critically ill patients with AF.
