Abstract:Lichenoid lesions can encompass a broad spectrum of diseases with varying degrees of severity. This description outlines two cases of lesions suggestive of lichen planus in conjunction with leukoplakia, each with different outcomes: Case 1: A 59-year-old female presented with a burning sensation in the buccal mucosa. She exhibited white plaques with radiating striae bilaterally in the buccal mucosa. A biopsy suggested the presence of oral leukoplakia in the retromolar area and lichen planus in the buccal mucosa.
