Abstract:The breath ammonia detection is crucial for the evaluation of the pathological state. Among the existing ammonia detection technologies, the mixed potential sensor exhibits promising potential owing to its high stability, good selectivity and small size. However, it remains challenging in application due to its insufficient limit of detection (LOD). To improve the performance of such sensor, a novel sensing material Ag 2 MoO 4 was synthesized in this work. The electrode morphology was tuned for optimum performance by adjusting the sintering temperature. The response to 5 ppm NH 3 at 425°C is about -29.86 mV with response/recover times of 105/96 s and sensitivity of -49.55 mV/decade. In addition, the sensor exhibits good selectivity and outstanding detection capability of trace-level NH 3 as low as 400 ppb. High concentrations of water vapor and CO 2 can greatly affect its performance, but it can be easily eliminated by a filter. The research of its sensing mechanism reveals that Ag 2 MoO 4 has both ionic conductance and electronic conductance, which transforms the electrochemical reaction site from two-dimensional three-phase boundaries (TPB) to a three-dimensional one distributed within the sensing material. Specifically, the sensor shows excellent NH 3 detection ability with the number of reaction sites increases.

Abstract:The functional gas sensor device plays a pivotal role in intelligent medical treatment, among which metal oxide semiconductors are widely studied because of their inexpensiveness and ease of fabrication. However, the metal oxide sensors present a significant challenge in detecting NH3 at ppm levels within complex exhaled gases. Herein, the ZnO/PdO-x series were prepared by in situ loading palladium particles and calcining using nano-ZIF-8 as a precursor, which not only provided more transport path for ammonia adsorption but also achieved homogeneous nanoheterojunction accumulation structure. The tailor-made ZnO/PdO-2 sensor exhibits the optimum gas sensitivity, with a response value of 5.56 for 100 ppm of NH3 at 160 °C and a lower detection limit of 0.75 ppm. Particularly, it has a clear quantitative response to the actual exhaled gas of liver and kidney patients. By elucidating the intrinsic link between the in situ loading of MOF templates and the sensing mechanism, it is expected to broaden the rational design of metal-oxide sensors and thus provide an effective method for clinical detection.

Abstract:Gas sensors based on the Fe2O3–ZnO nanocomposites with different compositions of Fe:Zn was prepared by a sol–gel and spin-coating method. Morphology of the Fe2O3–ZnO nanocomposites was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD, D/max-rA) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). The results of electrical and sensing measurement indicated that the sensor with Fe:Zn=2% exhibited fairly excellent sensitivity and selectivity to NH3 at room temperature. The response and recovery time of the sensor were both less than 20s. Finally, the mechanism for the improvement in the gas sensing properties was discussed.
Mo 2 C/MoO 3 @rGO Ternary Nanocomposites as High-Performance Gas Sensor for Trace NH 3 Detection at Room Temperature

Abstract:Mo2C/MoO3@rGO ternary nanocomposites were synthesized by a hydrothermal method, which can be applied to the high-sensitivity detection of low concentration of NH3 at room temperature. Compared with pure MoO3 and MoO3@rGO sensors, the Mo2C/MoO3@rGO sensors showed a significantly improved response to NH3 at room temperature. Among them, the 6% Mo2C/MoO3@rGO sensor showed a response of up to 0.82 for 5 ppm of NH3 with a response time of 87 s, which was 27.33 times higher than that of pure MoO3 (0.03 in 154 s) and 5.86 times higher than that of MoO3@rGO (0.14 in 139 s). It also has high repeatability, selectivity, good long-term stability, and immunity to humidity. These optimizations of the gas-sensing properties of the material may be attributed to the ability of the heterojunction to modulate the material surface carriers, the chemical sensitization and good electrocatalytic ability of Mo2C, and the large specific surface area and high carrier mobility of rGO. The synergistic effect between these three materials allows the designed Mo2C/MoO3@rGO ternary composite to detect trace amounts of NH3 at room temperature, making it possible to develop high-performance NH3 gas sensors.

Abstract:Ammonia is harmful to human health, however, the detection limit of the sensor based on traditional semiconductor gas sensors is high and the speed is slow. Constructing heterostructure is an effective method to improve the performance of sensors. In this article, 1-D MoO3 nanorods and SnO2 nanoparticles are successfully combined to obtain MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite. The 1-D structure can increase the speed of electron transport, while the nanoparticles on the surface increase the specific surface area, more importantly, the structure maximizes the interface area between the two materials which can transfer electronic more efficiently. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), and Barrett–Joyner–Halenda (BJH) are used to analyze the microstructure and elemental composition of MoO3/SnO2. The diameter of MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite is approximately 200 nm and the distribution is uniform. The response of MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite to 100-ppm NH3 is 12.7 at 280 °C, and the response/recovery time is 13/2 s. The detection limit for NH3 can reach 10 ppb (response 1.3), which enables rapid detection of NH3 at low concentration. Electron transport requires more energy to overcome the contact barrier between pure SnO2 nanoparticles, which can also lead to electron emission and noise increase. However, the sensitive electrons of MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite can transmit electrons along the 1-D rod-like structure of MoO3, which undoubtedly accelerates the efficiency of electron transmission. Moreover, n-n heterojunction formed between MoO3 and SnO2 to bend the SnO2 band and show better sensitivity to NH3. Therefore, MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite shows a low detection limit and a rapid response/recovery speed. Nevertheless, the nanoparticles on the surface of MoO3/SnO2 nanocomposite begin to agglomerate with the increase of SnO2 content, which leads to the decrease of gas-sensitive response. The formation process of MoO3/SnO2 composites is also discussed in this article. The excellent gas sensing results show that MoO3/SnO2 composites are a promising gas sensing material.

Abstract:Hollow indium trioxide (In2O3) nanofibers fabricated via an effectively combined method of electrospinning and high-temperature calcination were coated with nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs) prepared by a hydrothermal process through electrostatic interaction. The N-GQD-coated hollow In2O3 nanofibers served as a core for the synthesis of polyaniline (PANI)/N-GQD/hollow In2O3 nanofiber ternary composites using in situ chemical oxidative polymerization. The chemical structure and morphology of the fabricated ternary composites were characterized using Fourier transform infrared, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The gas-sensing performances of the ternary composites were estimated by a homemade dynamic test system which was supplied with a real-time resistance acquisition platform at room temperature. The response value of the PANI/N-GQD/hollow In2O3 nanofiber sensor with a loading of 20 wt% N-GQD-coated hollow In2O3 nanofiber and an exposure of 1 ppm NH3 was 15.2, which was approximately more than 4.4 times higher than that of the PANI sensor. This ternary composite sensor was proved to be very sensitive in the detection of NH3 at a range of concentration between 0.6 ppm and 2.0 ppm at room temperature, which is crucial in the detection of hepatic or kidney disease in human breath. The PANI/N-GQD/hollow In2O3 nanofiber sensor also revealed higher selectivity and repeatability when exposed to 1.0 and 2.0 ppm NH3 at room temperature. Because of the excellent selectivity and repeatability in the detection of 1.0 and 2.0 ppm NH3 at room temperature achieved in this study, it is considered that the PANI/N-GQD/hollow In2O3 nanofiber composite sensor will be a favored gas-sensing material applied on human breath for the detection of hepatic or kidney disease.

Abstract:Though conventional metal oxide-based NH3 gas sensors possess the advantage of simplicity and high sensitivity, their relatively high operating temperature still limits their widespread applications. Therefore, it is essential to develop a reliable NH3 sensor that operated at room temperature. In this context, we employ the ultrasonic method to coat the sonication-prepared substoichiometric molybdenum trioxide (MoO3−x) nanosheets upon the eutectic gallium indium (EGaIn) microdroplets, thus forming a three-dimensional (3D) MoO3−x/EGaIn semiconducting liquid metal framework. Due to the high surface-reducing properties of EGaIn, the concentration of oxygen vacancies in MoO3−x is further increased, presenting enhanced surface plasmon resonance in the visible light range. Such a plasmonic oxide framework (POF) exhibits a response magnitude of 1.22 for 50 ppm NH3 at room temperature with almost complete recovery, high selectivity, and excellent repeatability under the blue light excitation. It is remarkable that room temperature optoelectronic gas sensing performance is rarely seen in pure metal oxides. This work not only provides a promising NH3 gas sensing material but also demonstrates the great potential of liquid metal/semiconductor contacts for room temperature reversible gas sensing.

Abstract:Novel nanostructured materials are expected to revive materials for chemiresistive sensor applications. MoS2-based gas sensor is widely studied, however, which usually is capable of detecting gas at ppm level. Here, owing to the two-dimensional layered structure that facilitated the surface reaction, sulfur nanosheets (S-NSs) was first designed to composite with MoS2 to improve the sensing performance. Because of the unique electronic and physical properties of S-NSs, the developed chemiresistive sensor based on MoS2@S-NSs nanocomposite demonstrated to realize ultrasensitive detection of NH3 at 0.1 ppt level with a response signal of 68%, and which also showed fast response and recover (9/8.7 seconds respectively) at room temperature in air. Except for the good electrical conductivity and the large adsorption site of MoS2, the excellent sensing property of S-NSs itself made the most important contribution to this appealing high sensitivity to NH3. Additionally, this study has also put forth comprehensive gas sensing mechanisms based on experimental results. In essence, this research offers an innovative materials system tailored for the highly efficient detection of NH3.

High-performance Ammonia Sensor at Room Temperature Based on 2D Conductive MOF Cu3(HITP)2

Abstract:Sensitive detection of ammonia in the environment is crucial due to its potential danger to human ecology and health. In gas detection technology, resistive sensors utilizing golden cross finger electrodes combined with gas-sensitive materials are commonly employed. In this study, we demonstrated a room-temperature sensor for ambient ammonia detection. The sensor is composed of two-dimensional layer-stacked metal-organic framework (MOF) Cu3(HITP)2 nanomaterials drop-coated onto gold-forked finger electrodes. Density-functional theory simulation (DFT) and sensor gas-sensitive performance testing were conducted for characterization. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity, selectivity, low detection limit, excellent reproducibility, and stability. This can be attributed to the abundant Cu active sites exposed in the hexagonal ring and layer-stacked framework structure of Cu3(HITP)2 nanomaterials. Ammonia adsorption leads to electron transfer into the Cu3(HITP)2 framework, resulting in decreased sensor resistance. Real-time monitoring of sensor resistance changes enabled quantitative analysis. Results showed a 91.4% response of the Cu3(HITP)2 sensor to 100 ppm NH3, with response and recovery times of 26 s and 20 s, respectively. The sensor's limit of detection (LOD) was approximately 15 ppb. The sensor exhibited a relatively high response to NH3 at 25 °C, as demonstrated by dynamic gradient test curves. These findings suggest that constituting a room-temperature ammonia sensor by uniformly drop-coating Cu3(HITP)2 onto a gold-forked finger electrode is a feasible strategy.
An ultrasensitive fluorescent breath ammonia sensor for noninvasive diagnosis of chronic kidney disease and helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract:Breath ammonia detection has been a significant non-invasive approach for disease diagnosis. However, the reported methods for breath ammonia detection suffer from high cost, time-consuming, complex operation, or low selectivity. Fluorescence analysis as an alternative method has not been introduced in the detection of breath ammonia due to its insufficient sensitivity. In this work, a rationally designed strategy is proposed to improve the sensitivity of fluorescence sensors by increasing the amount of recognition site and enhancing the brightness of the solid-state fluorescence in sensor molecule. Briefly, three curcumin (CUR) derivatives BFCUR, MBFCUR and MBFCURM with D-π-A-π-D conjugated system were synthesized. Compared with the other two control molecules MBFCUR and MBFCURM, whose phenol groups at one or both ends of BFCUR were protected by a methyl group, BFCUR has two response sites, thus, two intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) interactions occurred after exposure to ammonia, suggesting the improved sensitivity. Moreover, the large steric hindrance of boron trifluoride in BFCUR can prevent the π-π stacking of molecules and endow BFCUR with bright solid-state fluorescence. BFCUR was subsequently loaded into electrospun nanofibers (ENFs) with high specific surface area, which further improved the detection sensitivity. The obtained BFCUR-loaded ENFs sensor (denoted as BFCUR-ENF) exhibited ultra-low LOD of 22 ppb for ammonia. BFCUR-ENF is successfully applied to breath ammonia detection in healthy volunteers, patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, demonstrating its great application potentials. Taken together, the first fluorescent sensor for breath ammonia detection was successfully constructed for noninvasive diagnosis of CKD and H. pylori.

Abstract:As an important biomarker, ammonia exhibits a strong correlation with protein metabolism and specific organ dysfunction. Limited by the immobile instrumental structure, invasive and complicated procedures, and unsatisfactory online sensitivity and selectivity, current medical diagnosis fails to monitor this chemical in real time efficiently. Herein, we present the successful synthesis of a long-range epitaxial metal-organic framework on a millimeter domain-sized single-crystalline graphene substrate (LR-epi-MOF). With a perfect 30° epitaxial angle and a mere 2.8% coincidence site lattice mismatch between the MOF and graphene, this long-range-ordered epitaxial structure boosts the charge transfer from ammonia to the MOF and then to graphene, thereby promoting the overall charge delocalization and exhibiting extraordinary electrical global coupling properties. This unique characteristic imparts a remarkable sensitivity of 0.1 ppb toward ammonia. The sub-ppb detecting capability and high anti-interference ability enable continuous information recording of breath ammonia that is strongly correlated with the intriguing human lifestyle. Wearable electronics based on the LR-epi-MOF could accurately portray the active protein metabolism pattern in real time and provide personal assistance in health management.

Abstract:The detection of ammonia (NH 3 ) is of significant importance across various industries and applications due to its potential impact on health, safety, the environment, and industrial processes. In the quest for efficient and selective gas sensing technologies, the synergy between poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) and hybrid phase molybdenum disulfide (1 T-2H MoS 2 )/nitrogen-doped graphene (NGN) has emerged as a promising avenue. This study presents a novel approach to enhancing ammonia sensing capabilities through the integration of PEDOT with 1 T-2H MoS 2 /NGN. The PEDOT/1 T-2H MoS 2 /NGN nanocomposites were synthesized by a combination of solvothermal processing and in-situ polymerization techniques. The synthesized nanocomposites were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies. The sensing behaviour of the fabricated devices has been analyzed in different chemical vapor environments including ammonia, methanol, ethanol, acetone, and chloroform at 100 ppm. The PEDOT/1 T-2H MoS 2 /NGN nanocomposite sensor has shown sensing response values of ~ 690, response time of 34 s, recovery time of 37 s, and estimated detection limit is 0.042 ppm (42 ppb) for ammonia. The PEDOT/1 T-2H MoS 2 /NGN sensor shows a linear gas response in a concentration range of 10–100 ppm of ammonia. Finally, The PEDOT/1 T-2H MoS 2 /NGN nanocomposite sensor development addresses the growing demand for reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient gas sensing technologies applicable in various fields, including environmental monitoring and industrial safety.

Abstract:Au/MoS 2 /polypyrrole (Au/MoS 2 /PPy) nanocomposite is successfully synthesized by the liquid-phase ultrasonic exfoliation process combined with in-situ polymerization method and then Au particles are decorated on its surface. Abundant sulfur (S) vacancies in the exfoliated layered MoS 2 nanosheets act as active adsorption sites, and Au particles also play an efficient catalyst to enhance the NH 3 gas sensing properties of Au/MoS 2 /PPy flexible sensor at room temperature. It results in higher NH 3 gas sensing response, faster recovery rate, and more stable sensing performance even under complex environment conditions such as high relative humidity and high bending angle/numbers compared with that of pristine PPy sensor. The enhancement sensing mechanisms of Au/MoS 2 /PPy sensor are attributed to the p-n heterojunction between layered MoS 2 and PPy, the active sites of S vacancies, the catalysis and dehydrogenation effect of Au particles, which have been verified by XPS, current-voltage (I-V), and in-situ FITR, etc. Moreover, the density-functional theory (DFT) calculations are employed to further illustrate the selectivity sensing mechanism, and reveal the S vacancies, the nanocomposite of MoS 2 /PPy possess high superiority for improving NH 3 sensing properties at room temperature.

Abstract:Ammonia (NH 3 ) can be considered as a chronic kidney disease bioindicator. The detection of skin emitted ammonia would allow a non-invasive medical monitoring of patients. Here, we develop a highly-sensitive and selective room-temperature ammonia microsensor based on copper-bromide (CuBr). The CuBr is impregnated in a mesoporous layer prepared by sol-gel synthesis and deposited by dip-coating on interdigitated platinum electrodes. The sensing performances are evaluated at 34 °C in dry air for short exposures (2 min) to ammonia. The sensor exhibits very high response ( R g /R a of 4.5 for 200 ppb) with rapid recovery time and a very good selectivity. Moreover, the influence of humidity and temperature on the sensor performances are evaluated. The reported results demonstrate the possibility of developing an ultrasensitive gas sensor by a simple and low-cost approach consisting of the impregnation of the sensitive element in a mesoporous thin film.

Porous SnO2 nanosheets for room temperature ammonia sensing in extreme humidity

Abstract:Gas sensors based on tin dioxide (SnO2) for the detection of ammonia (NH3) have become commercially available for environmental monitoring due to their reactive qualities when exposed to different gaseous pollutants. Nevertheless, their implementation in the medical field has been hindered by certain inherent drawbacks, such as needing to operate at high temperatures, lack of selectivity, unreliable operation under high-humidity conditions, and a lower detection limit. To counter these issues, this study created 2D nanosheets of SnO2 through an optimized solvothermal method. It was found that tuning the precursor solution's pH to either neutral or 14 led to aggregated or distributed, uniform-size nanosheets with a higher crystallinity, respectively. Remarkably, the SnO2 nanosheet sensor (SNS-14) displayed a much lower response to water molecules and specific reactivity to ammonia even when subjected to reducing and oxidizing agents at 25 °C due to the micropores and chemisorbed oxygen on the nanosheets. Furthermore, the SNS-14 was seen to have the highest sensitivity to ammonia at 100 ppm, with rapid response (8 s) and recovery times (55 s) even at a high relative humidity of 70%. Its theoretical detection limit was recorded to be 64 ppt, better than any of the earlier SnO2-based chemiresistive sensors. Its exceptional sensing abilities were credited to its optimal crystallinity, specific surface area, defects, chemisorbed oxygen, and porous structure. NH3-TPD measurements and computational simulations were employed to understand the ammonia interaction with atomistic details on the SnO2 nanosheet surface. A real time breath sensing experiment was simulated to test the efficacy of the sensor. Reaching this advancement is an achievement in bypassing past boundaries of SnO2-centered sensors, making it feasible to detect ammonia with enhanced precision, discrimination, dependability, and velocity for probable usages in medical diagnostics and ecological surveillance.

Abstract:Portable and sensitive mixed-potential type solid-state electrolyte (MPSE) gas sensors can detect exhaled biomarkers in a noninvasive and inexpensive way, which is significant for convenient disease diagnosis and saving medical resources. However, high working temperature is still one of the main bottlenecks for hindering MPSE gas sensors' applications in disease diagnosis. Here, we, for the first time, developed and fabricated new room-temperature MPSE gas sensors utilizing K2Fe4O7 electrolyte and Ni/Fe-MOF (Ni/Fe clusters are coordinated with 1,4-H2BDC) sensing electrodes (SEs) for the detection of ppb-level NO. Among different MOF SEs, the sensor attached with the Ni-MOF SE presents the highest NO sensitivities. This is attributed to a reducing oxygen reduction reaction activity and enhancing NO electrochemical catalytic reaction activity, verified by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests. In addition, the presented sensor also shows a low detection limit (20 ppb), fast response/recovery characteristic (17 s/6 s to 50 ppb NO), excellent selectivity, acceptable repeatability, and long-term stability of 34 days to NO at 25 °C and 60%RH. Simultaneously, the mechanism of humidity effect on the sensing performance was investigated by EIS and CV tests. Our work provides new insight into the development of room-temperature solid-state electrolyte gas sensors based on the mixed-potential mechanism and enlarges the potential application domain.

Abstract:The research and development of high-performance NH 3 sensors are of great significance for environment monitoring and disease diagnosis applications. Two-dimensional (2D) MoS 2 nanomaterials have exhibited great potential for building room-temperature (RT) NH 3 sensors but still suffer from relatively low sensitivity. Herein, the TiO 2 -modified monolayer MoS 2 films with controllable TiO 2 loading contents are fabricated by a facile approach. A remarkable enhancement in the RT NH 3 sensing performance is achieved after the n – n hetero-compositing of the TiO 2 /MoS 2 system. The device with 95% surface coverage of TiO 2 shows enhanced sensor response, low detection limit (0.5 ppm), wide detection range (0.5–1000 ppm), good repeatability, and superior selectivity against other gases. In situ Kelvin potential force microscopy results revealed that the TiO 2 modification not only improved the surface reactivity of the sensing layers but also contributed to the NH 3 sensing performance by serving as the "gas-gating" layers that modulated the electron depletion layer and the conductivity of the MoS 2 films. Such an n – n hetero-compositing strategy can provide a simple and cost-effective approach for developing high-performance NH 3 sensors based on 2D semiconductors.

Abstract:The development of a gas sensor capable of detecting ammonia with high selectivity and rapid response at room temperature has consistently posed a formidable challenge. To address this issue, the present study utilized a one-step solvothermal method to co-assemble α-Fe2O3 and SnO2 by evenly covering SnO2 nanoparticles on the surface of α-Fe2O3. By controlling the morphology and Fe/Sn mole ratio of the composite, the as-prepared sample exhibits high-performance detection of NH3. At room temperature conditions, a gas sensor composed of α-Fe2O3@3%SnO2 demonstrates a rapid response time of 14 s and a notable sensitivity of 83.9% when detecting 100 ppm ammonia. Experiments and density functional theory (DFT) calculations suggest that the adsorption capacity of α-Fe2O3 to ammonia is enhanced by the surface effect provided by SnO2. Meanwhile, the existence of SnO2 tailors the pore structure and effective surface area of α-Fe2O3, creating multiple channels for the diffusion and adsorption of ammonia molecules. Additionally, an N-N heterostructure is formed between α-Fe2O3 and SnO2, which enhances the potential energy barrier and improves the ammonia sensing performance. Demonstration experiments have proved that the sensor shows significant advantages over commercial sensors in the process of ammonia detection in agricultural facilities. This work provides new insights into the perspectives on ammonia detection at room temperature.

Abstract:The exploitation of RT sensors with ultra-great sensitivity and unique ammonia (NH3) gas selectivity is still a major scientific task in the field of gas sensing. In the article, a pristine α-Fe2O3 spindle was fabricated by applying the Fe-MIL(88) as the precursor and the sample was smoothly immobilized on the appearance of Ti3C2T x MXene nanosheets through a simple solvothermal reaction, and subsequent gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) were decorated on the α-Fe2O3/Ti3C2T x MXene hybrid material through the in situ reduction process. Gas-sensing measurements presented that the sensor based on the Au/α-Fe2O3/Ti3C2T x MXene nanocomposite exhibited a brilliant NH3 sensing behavior, and the response value of the sensor to NH3 (1 ppm) reached 16.9% at RT under a relative humidity of 25.7%. Moreover, the designed sensor indicated a response/recovery time as low as 3/2 s and good stability. The potential gas sensing mechanism on account of the hybrid structure was discussed combined with the semiconductor depletion layer model and the synergistic effect of the Au/α-Fe2O3/Ti3C2T x MXene ternary heterojunction and Schottky contact theory. Meanwhile, the adsorption effect of NH3 gas was verified by density functional theory calculation. This research is supposed to offer a reliable tactic for large-scale manufacturing of cost-effective, portable, and highly sensitive RT gas sensors.
