Abstract:This article suggests a kind of convenient, reliable and accurate method in real time for the identification of the low limb posture, use the monocular camera to identify and trace the target, draw a curve of attitude motion within one period, establish the wearable three dimensional model for the lower limb exoskeleton, classify the lower limb gait, and use the tracking and optitrack three-dimensional motion measurement system of the inertial sensor to verity the reliability, lay the foundation for the establishment of the safety testing platform for the recovery training of lower limb exoskeleton.

Abstract:In recent years, many scholars have conducted in-depth research on classroom teaching reform as China's education reform has been deepening. Although there are certain achievements in sports dance education and teaching, it is still worthy of further exploration and empirical research on how to use appropriate and effective teaching methods in the classroom teaching as guided by the education reform in the new era, to make the education evaluation more scientific, professional and objective by combining modern information technology with education teaching in-depth. In this study, the three-dimensional motion capture is applied to the teaching of Latin dance in colleges and universities. The author selects excellent Latin dancers' $(\mathbf{n}=6)$, uses their forward walk with swing technical movements as the teaching content, and makes movement analysis with image processing technology. In this study, the students $(\mathbf{n=20})$ of the sports dance elective course at Guangzhou Sport University are selected as the experimental subjects, and they are compared and analyzed through the teaching effect of the two groups after 8 weeks of teaching experiment. According to the results of the study, (1) after analyzing the excellent Latin dancers' movements, the technical movements of the forward walk followed by swing can be divided into 6 phases, and each phase has different technical characteristics; (2) after the teaching experiment, two groups show significant differences in the technical scores of Latin dance movements $(\mathbf{P<0.01})$ by analyzing two groups of students' displacement changes of the center of gravity in technical movements, compared with the experimental group, the excellent Latin dancers' group has less offset in the X-axis direction, less change in vertical displacement in the Z-axis direction, and less speed in the Y-axis direction in the ending phase, their body trunk is close to vertical in the swing phase. All of these reflect better control of the center of gravity and smooth and stable movements, which are in high agreement with the movement scoring results. Conclusion: It is of guiding significance to apply three-dimensional motion capture to the teaching of technical movements of sports dance, and it is a positive reference for the objective evaluation and quantification of technical movements.

Abstract:A research is designed to comprehensively study the dynamic trends and characteristics of dance movements recognition approaches, providing a valuable reference for the scientific research and development of dance art in China. Based on previous studies, a dance movements recognition model is proposed based on DL biological image visualization technology against the current problems in high-level dance movements. This model consists of the convolutional neural network (CNN)-based dance movements recognition algorithm that can recognize body movements, the dance movements recognition algorithm involving videos in the database, and the algorithm that analyzes image feature similarities of the dance movements. The Open Pose algorithm is adopted for human posture recognition. A high-precision human body pose movement state is finally obtained to judge the body changes of high-level dance movements through the division of human bones. Students with excellent dancing skills are invited to participate in the experiment, for whom specific dance movements are designed. The movement characteristics of bodies’ joint points are extracted and compared with standard movements demonstrated by teachers to obtain the differences between students’ movements and standard movements. The results review that the proposed dance movements recognition model based on biological video images has high accuracy. Within 6–8 s, the swing amplitude of the subjects’ left arm is quite different from the standard dance movements. The movements of the left arms, right arms, left legs, and right legs of experimental objects are quite different from the standard dance movements, which proves the model’s effectiveness. The results can provide a valuable reference for the research and development of dance in China and a practical basis for teaching dance movements.

Abstract:Abstract Since the development of Chinese classical dance, its dance technology and dance skills have been maturing for a long time, but the innovation and development of classical dance teaching mode needs to be improved. In this paper, OptiTrack is used to capture the dance movement data of classical dancers, transform the data into three-dimensional coordinates, and extract the features of classical dance data through direction normalization. The Hidden Markov Model obtains the time series information in the features and constructs the correlation model. Using the skeletal model data to get the center of mass of the human body, the convolution-gated recurrent unit network structure is used to improve the accuracy of the classical dance score generation results. Combining the above methods, a new teaching model framework for classical dance is proposed from three aspects and empirically analyzed. The empirical results show that the mean value of each dimension of classical dance teachers’ teaching ability ranges from 3.4562-4.3621, which is an excellent overall performance. In the comparison between students’ classical dance movements and standard movements, there existed higher scores than traditional movements in the two time periods within 20 minutes, which were 30 and 5 points higher than the conventional scores, respectively. The rest of the time was slightly lower than the regular movements, which shows that the innovation effect of classical dance teaching is better, and optimizes students’ classical dance movements to a certain extent.

Abstract:Abstract Taking movement training in the teaching of classical Chinese dance as an entry point, combined with the application of digital technology, improves and enriches the existing teaching methods of movement training of classical Chinese dance. Based on the Kinect skeleton data acquisition technology, the study pre-processes the collected data and proposes a dance movement data segmentation method based on movement rhythm to segment dance movement segments. The ST-GCN network structure is improved to recognize Chinese classical dance by AAST-GCN, a spatio-temporal graph convolutional network based on adaptive and attention mechanisms. Finally, the DTW algorithm is used to analyze the degree of similarity between the recognized action sequences and the standard action sequences, so as to provide targeted assisted teaching of classical Chinese dance. The results show that the intersection and concurrency ratio of the human dance posture detection method based on deep convolutional learning is always located in [0.5, 1.0], and the system can give training suggestions according to the comparison results, and the trainer can reasonably adjust the movements according to the software prompts, so as to achieve the purpose of assisted training, and then effectively improve the trainer’s dance level. After 12 weeks of AI-assisted training, the dancers obtained more obvious improvement than the control group in both rotational speed and the number of rotations, and the enhancement of these two abilities is precisely the necessary condition for realizing high-quality classical dance turn-like movements.

Abstract:China's cultural performance career has been developed in recent times, resulting in a large number of students embarking on the professional path of cultural performance. To reduce the teaching pressure on school teachers, dance training gradually introduces the idea of "digital dance", using sensors to monitor posture. The nonwearable monitoring method does not require contact with the subject and typically relies on images or signal waves for positioning, but it has stringent requirements for the measurement scene. On the other hand, the wearable monitoring method requires the sensor to be worn on the subject's body all the time, so it needs to be light and energy-efficient. Therefore, this paper designs and implements a set of application platforms, which parametrically analyze the dance movements, consume low energy, are lightweight, and are simple to use. For this purpose, a wearable digital dance training system based on microelectro-mechanical system (MEMS) sensors has been developed, and a solution to the challenges of teaching movement precision, scientific teaching methodologies, and early warning analysis of joint is also proposed. Firstly, the basic knowledge of human posture measurement and human model is merged to build a new modifiable human model. Secondly, the overall design of the posture data acquisition device is presented, which includes a base station and several nodes. Finally, the overall framework of the software platform is designed, which consists of client and server. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the purpose of providing teaching programs for dance students.

Abstract:With the development of technology, posture recognition methods have been applied in more and more fields. However, there is relatively little research on posture recognition in dance. Therefore, this paper studied the capture and posture recognition of dance movements to understand the usability of the proposed method in dance posture recognition. Firstly, the Kinect V2 visual sensor was used to capture dance movements and obtain human skeletal joint data. Then, a three-dimensional convolutional neural network (3D CNN) model was designed by fusing joint coordinate features with joint velocity features as general features for recognizing different dance postures. Through experiments on NTU60 and self-built dance datasets, it was found that the 3D CNN performed best with a dropout rate of 0.4, a ReLU activation function, and fusion features. Compared to other posture recognition methods, the recognition rates of the 3D CNN on CS and CV in NTU60 were 88.8% and 95.3%, respectively, while the average recognition rate on the dance dataset reached 98.72%, which was higher than others. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method for dance posture recognition, providing a new approach for posture recognition research and making contributions to the inheritance of folk dances. Exploring the Path of Innovative College Dance Teaching Models with Motion Capture Technology

Abstract:Abstract The continuous development of artificial intelligence has brought new exploration paths and ideas for the teaching field, however, the current application and research of motion capture technology in college dance teaching mode is less. In this study, the human body and the appearance model are modeled in three dimensions: the simulated annealing particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the human body modeling posture. Then, the feature vector matching algorithm is used to capture the human body’s movement posture, construct the college dance teaching mode, and carry out practical application. According to the study, the capture effect of the five movements in the dance teaching classroom video clip is between 0.865 and 0.945, and each movement is recognized with an accuracy of above 95%. After using this model, it was concluded by analyzing the effect of dance teaching that the number of excellent grades in the experimental group was 2 more than that in the control group, and the number of good grades was 2 more than that in the control group. This study provides a new development path for dance teaching in colleges and universities.
3D Digital Model of Folk Dance Based on Few-Shot Learning and Gesture Recognition

Abstract:Folk dance is a very unique local culture in China, and dances in different regions have different characteristics. With the development of 3D digital technology and human gesture recognition technology, how to apply it in folk dance is a question worth thinking about. So, this paper recognizes and collects dance movements through human body detection and tracking technology in human gesture recognition technology. Then, this paper writes the data into the AAM model for 3D digital modeling and retains the information by integrating the manifold ordering. Finally, this paper designs a folk dance learning method combined with the Few-Shot learning method. This paper also designs a data set test experiment, an algorithm data set comparison experiment, and a target matching algorithm comparison experiment to optimize the learning method designed in this paper. The final results show that the Few-Shot learning method based on gesture recognition 3D digital modeling of folk dances designed in this paper reduces the learning time by 17% compared with the traditional folk dance learning methods. And the Few-Shot learning method designed in this paper improves the dance action score by 14% compared with the traditional learning method.

Abstract:Abstract In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the combination of motion capture technology and teaching, based on dance teaching, this paper proposes a dance posture analysis method based on feature vector matching and applies it to dance teaching.. The main research work includes the following: (1) according to the characteristics of human motion poses-free editing, extracting human skeleton models, establishing a human motion model database, analysing the application of motion capture systems in dance training, and proposing a method of feature plane similarity matching to calculate model components and motion parameters. After verification, the method has high accuracy and robustness for the analysis of human posture, so that dancers can accurately compare the differences with standard dance movements, and provide theoretical support for scientific dance training. (2) Aiming at the complexity of learning dance, a dance teaching method based on motion capture technology is proposed. Using motion capture technology, a whole complex dance movement is decomposed into many small segments to make a teaching animation, which guides students to learn based on small dance movement. Imitation makes the abstract theory vivid, intuitive and easy to understand, which is conducive for the innovation of education and teaching methods.

Abstract:With the development and extension of the Internet of Things technology, many fields have already involved the Internet of Things technology, and its application in dance training has gradually emerged. In order to guide dance training and solve the hidden dangers of dance training, this article mainly introduces the application of posture recognition service system based on information fusion intelligent sensor in dance training. This article uses human body detection, computer interactive Boosting algorithm calculations and establishes standard dance poses. The difference between the trainer’s posture and the standard posture can be clearly seen on the posture recognition service platform. The error is only less than 5%, and it can also help the trainer find their own mistakes in time. Dance and correct your posture in time, and it can reduce the error rate of difficult dances and reduce the error rate of 10%-20%. In addition, through the survey on the satisfaction survey of the security services of the gesture recognition service platform, the satisfaction rate is as high as 90%. Thereby, while ensuring safe training, the dance quality and level of trainers are improved.

Abstract:Currently, there is limited research and application of computer technology in the protection, inheritance, and teaching assistance of Chinese ethnic minority dance culture. Addressing the challenges of difficulty in inheriting ethnic dance and the monotonous teaching methods, this paper initially preserved key information from four types of ethnic minority dance movements using motion capture technology. Building upon this foundation, skeletal data of ethnic dance movements were collected using a lightweight Openpose keypoint detection network, forming a novel multimodal dataset of typical movements in Chinese ethnic minority dances. Subsequently, integrating a deep learning-based model for human pose detection and action recognition, this paper designs and develops a novel interactive system for assisting the teaching of ethnic minority dances. Leveraging digital representation for teaching and a dance movement quality assessment method based on the ST-GCN model, the paper expands the teaching paradigm for ethnic dances, providing a new approach to the protection and inheritance of ethnic cultures.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the information society, human body gesture recognition has become an important technology for human-computer interaction. This paper combines Kinect’s human bone monitoring technology with auxiliary gymnastics training. The gymnastics and dance training can correct students’ wrong movements in time through feedback and improve the training efficiency, so as to meet the needs of nature and harmony of human-machine interaction. In this paper, based on the wireless network Kinect, the human body posture recognition method and tracking technology are studied, and the joint point angle representation method based on the fixed axis is proposed, and the posture recognition method based on the joint point angle is improved, which can accurately recognize the human body posture. Aiming at the situation that the human joint points are occluded, the human joint point repair algorithm is improved. The algorithm is based on the proportion of human bone nodes and the characteristics of human motion, and based on geometric principles, it repairs the occluded points. The feasibility of the original joint point data, angle feature, and distance feature in expressing human behavior is analyzed through experiments, a standard gymnastics movement database is established, and new gymnastics movements can be entered at any time. A gymnastics auxiliary training system is designed, which can analyze and evaluate the exercises of the trainer from the joint point coordinates and the angle formed by the joints and provide the trainer with intuitive error correction prompts. The human body posture recognition method studied in this paper can accurately give the difference between the trainer’s movement and the standard movement, and the trainer can adjust the movement posture according to the prompts, improve the level of gymnastics, and achieve the purpose of auxiliary training. Experiments show that the algorithm model has an accuracy rate of 95.7% for human body posture recognition, and it plays a huge role in line dance aerobics and gymnastics training.

Design of innovative teaching methods for classical dance based on group intelligence

Abstract:Abstract Compared with image records, 3D dance scores can realize the demonstration and practice of classical dance teaching more accurately and efficiently. In this paper, the Li group skeletal representation model is used for Li algebra space mapping processing to learn action feature data, classify them, and complete classical dance action feature extraction. Then, the residual network model is used as the backbone network to construct a two-stream spatiotemporal residual network for action recognition by using two different temporal spans and fusing the results of the two-channel networks through side connections. Finally, the group intelligence algorithm group intelligence algorithm ACOR-SGD is designed to optimize the parameters of the convolutional neural network, and then the dance score generation model is integrated into the design of the innovative teaching method of classical dance for the application of the professional teaching of classical dance in colleges and universities. There is basically no significant difference between the pre-test scores of the experimental and control classes. After one semester of applying the innovative teaching method based on the generation of dance scores, the scores of the experimental class in the five items of basic pace mastery, movement fluency, stage presence, technical quality, and coordination of the music rhythm were improved by 4.6, 4, 4.28, 3.63, and 4.72 respectively, and the total score of 81.54 was much higher than that of the control class of 60.57 points posttest scores, and all were significant at the 0.01 level. This study explores innovatively and provides an effective path for integrating dance teaching with cutting-edge information technology, thus improving the quality and efficiency of dance teaching.

Abstract:Video analysis of human motion has been widely used in intelligent monitoring, sports analysis, and virtual reality as a research hotspot in computer vision. It is necessary to decompose and track the movements in the process of movement in order to improve the training quality in dance training. The traditional motion tracking decomposition method, on the other hand, is unable to calculate the visual changes of adjacent key nodes, and the contour of 3D visual motion tracking remains ambiguous. This paper applies the human posture estimation algorithm in computer vision to the detection of key points of rectangular objects and obtains the heat map of key points of rectangular objects by adding a lightweight feature extraction network and a feature pyramid layer integrating multilayer semantic information, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing related research work at home and abroad. Because of the fusion of multilayer information, the network’s design not only reduces the amount of calculation and parameters but also improves the accuracy of the final detection result. The test results show that the proposed algorithm’s recognition accuracy has improved.

Abstract:Abstract This paper addresses the teaching development of classical dance and proposes the use of modern teaching technology to assist the teaching of classical dance. It integrates the creative stimulation of classical dance teaching with the concept of multi-cloud culture and proposes the hypothesis of optimizing the teaching effect of classical dance with the concept of multi-culture. Utilizing the online teaching platform for retrieval of multiple dance resources, the RANKBOOST algorithm is applied to accelerate the retrieval time of dance resources. The dance resources are pre-processed with dance posture data converted into BVH file form, human posture features are calculated, 3D-SIFT technology is applied to extract the human posture features of dance movements, and similarity calculation is performed to obtain dance movement recognition and dance posture analysis. Test the performance of an online teaching platform and analyze the parameter values of the RANKBOOST algorithm. Design the overall framework of the classical dance teaching experiment, subdividing the teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching time, etc., and statistically compare the results of the teaching experiment. The classical dance online teaching platform is able to load students’ learning tasks when the concurrency reaches the maximum value. Through comparative analysis, it can be seen that the classical dance teaching (online dance analysis) method proposed in this paper based on the concept of multiculturalism can significantly improve students’ classical dance assessment results and effectively achieve the teaching objectives.

Abstract:Abstract With the explosive growth of data and the enhancement of data openness, big data is quietly changing our daily work and life. This article mainly studies the application of big data in preschool dance multimedia teaching dance posture correction. Using a small sample control method, the body characteristics of the research subject were measured before the experiment and used as the index before the measurement; after 8 weeks of learning, the measurement was performed again and used as the index after the measurement. Then, the principle of feature plane similarity matching is used to analyze the motion posture. The experiment found that after 8 weeks of multimedia correction training, mild pelvic backwards accounted for 75% and moderate 22.2%. The results show that big data plays a technical support role in the correction of dance posture in preschool dance multimedia teaching.
Analysis of the Style Characteristics of National Dance Based on 3D Reconstruction

Abstract:National dance is an important symbol of national spiritual culture, as it embodies each nation's unique history, living habits, ideology, and culture. Many Chinese ethnic groups have developed their own dance forms and styles, each with their own set of charms. Strengthening our understanding of its style and characteristics is critical to our understanding of the national dance. To begin with, this paper proposes a patch-based multiview stereo reconstruction scheme that can accurately reconstruct 3D character models. The movement capture system then collects national dance movement data and uses them to drive a three-dimensional character model that generates dance visual animation. In the human skeleton model, a spatial-temporal HMM (hidden Markov model) is proposed that not only studies the temporal information of human movements but also the spatial information of adjacent connection points. The recognition rate of this algorithm increases to 95.68 percent when the number of setting points is increased to ten and to 98.28 percent when the number of setting points is increased to twenty, according to the research. The experimental results show that the 3D reconstruction model of ethnic dance developed in this paper is capable of meeting the goal of ethnic dance digitalization while being simple to use, being low in cost, and with a good display effect.

Abstract:Abstract In order to strengthen the in-depth integration between culture and technology, and provide a certain theoretical basis for the improvement of the digital system of Tibetan dance and the innovation of Tibetan dance teaching, a new research method was proposed : based on high-definition Tibetan dance video data, we used OpenPose to extract the dancer's skeleton joint point data, and the five characteristics of Tibetan dance: "open", "tremor", "left", "round", "shun" and other characteristic movements were summarized. In the feature extraction stage, we tried different convolution methods to compare the extraction results. In the end, we extracted the dancer's bone point data more completely, deeply digitized the movement characteristics of Tibetan dance through digital technology.
