Abstract:In this paper we show that any exceptional collection of line bundles of length 6 on the blow-up of P3 at a point (a line, or a twisted cubic curve) is full. This partially gives a positive answer on the fullness conjecture of Kuznetsov in these examples.

Abstract:Kuznetsov and Polishchuk provided a general algorithm to construct exceptional collections of maximal length for homogeneous varieties of type A,B,C,D. We consider the case of the spinor tenfold and we prove that the corresponding collection is full, i.e. it generates the whole derived category of coherent sheaves. As a step of the proof, we construct some resolutions of homogeneous vector bundles which might be of independent interest.

Abstract:For a Fano threefold admitting a full exceptional collection of vector bundles of length four we show that all full exceptional collections consist of shifted vector bundles. We prove this via a detailed study of the group generated by spherical twists on an anticanonical divisor. For example, we prove that this group is free and provide explicit generators.

Abstract:In this paper, we study certain moduli spaces of vector bundles on the blowup of the projective plane in at least 10 very general points. Moduli spaces of sheaves on general type surfaces may be nonreduced, reducible and even disconnected. In contrast, moduli spaces of sheaves on minimal rational surfaces and certain del Pezzo surfaces are irreducible and smooth along the locus of stable bundles. We find examples of moduli spaces of vector bundles on more general blowups of the projective plane that are disconnected and have components of different dimensions. In fact, assuming the SHGH Conjecture, we can find moduli spaces with arbitrarily many components of arbitrarily large dimension.

Abstract:We prove that any hyper-Kähler sixfold $K$ of generalized Kummer type has a naturally associated manifold $Y_K$ of $\mathrm{K}3^{[3]}$-type. It is obtained as crepant resolution of the quotient of $K$ by a group of symplectic involutions acting trivially on its second cohomology. When $K$ is projective, the variety $Y_K$ is birational to a moduli space of stable sheaves on a uniquely determined projective~$\mathrm{K}3$ surface~$S_K$. As application of this construction we show that the Kuga-Satake correspondence is algebraic for the K3 surfaces $S_K$, producing infinitely many new families of $\mathrm{K}3$ surfaces of general Picard rank $16$ satisfying the Kuga-Satake Hodge conjecture.

Abstract:From the viewpoint of mirror symmetry, we revisit the hypergeometric system for a family of K3 surfaces. We construct a good resolution of the Baily-Borel-Satake compactification of its parameter space, which admits special boundary points (LCSLs) given by normal crossing divisors. We find local isomorphisms between the systems and the associated GKZ systems defined locally on the parameter space and cover the entire parameter space. Parallel structures are conjectured in general for hypergeometric system on Grassmannians. Local solutions and mirror symmetry will be described in a companion paper\cite {HLTYpartII}, where we introduce a K3 analogue of the elliptic lambda function in terms of genus two theta functions.

Abstract:We show that the CM line bundle on a proper family parametrizing specially K-stable varieties with maximal variation is ample. As an application, we show projectivity of any proper subspace of the coarse moduli space of uniformly adiabatically K-stable klt--trivial fibrations over curves constructed in [HH23].

Abstract:This article studies moduli spaces of Bridgeland semistable objects in the Kuznetsov component of a cubic fourfold that don't admit a symplectic resolution, i.e., moduli spaces of objects with non-primitve Mukai vector v=mv_0 that is not of OG10-type and where v_0^2 >0. For a generic stability condition, it is shown that these moduli spaces are projective irreducible symplectic varieties with factorial terminal singularities and that their deformation class is uniquely determined by the integers m and v_0^2. Abstract:Given an ample line bundle L on a K3 surface S, we study the slope stability with respect to L of rank-3 Lazarsfeld-Mukai bundles associated with complete, base point free nets of type g^2_d on curves C in the linear system |L|. When d is large enough and C is general, we obtain a dimensional statement for the variety W^2_d(C). If the Brill-Noether number is negative, we prove that any g^2_d on any smooth, irreducible curve in |L| is contained in a g^r_e which is induced from a line bundle on S, thus answering a conjecture of Donagi and Morrison. Applications towards transversality of Brill-Noether loci and higher rank Brill-Noether theory are then discussed.

Abstract:Let $Y$ be a smooth quartic double solid regarded as a degree 4 hypersurface of the weighted projective space $\mathbb{P}(1,1,1,1,2)$. We study the multiplication of Hochschild-Serre algebra of its Kuznetsov component $\mathcal{K}u(Y)$, via matrix factorization. Abstract:We study the noncommutative minimal model program for blowups of surfaces. The program, as defined by Halpern-Leistner, is designed to construct a quasiconvergent path in the space of Bridgeland stability conditions. In this paper, we construct a family of quasi-convergent paths in the case of blowups of surfaces. These paths provide different semiorthogonal decompositions through parameter transformation.

Abstract:We study constructions of stable holomorphic vector bundles on Calabi–Yau threefolds, especially those with exact anomaly cancellation which we call extremal. By going through the known databases we find that such examples are rare in general and can be ruled out for the spectral cover construction for all elliptic threefolds. We then introduce a general Hartshorne–Serre construction and use it to find extremal bundles of general ranks and study their stability, as well as computing their Chern numbers. Based on both existing and our new constructions, we revisit the DRY conjecture for the existence of stable sheaves on Calabi–threefolds, and provide theoretical and numerical evidence for its correctness. Our construction can be easily generalized to bundles with no extremal conditions imposed.

Abstract:Abstract We show that a general ordinary Gushel–Mukai (GM) threefold can be reconstructed from its Kuznetsov component together with an extra piece of data coming from tautological subbundle of the Grassmannian . We also prove that determines the birational isomorphism class of , while determines the isomorphism class of a special GM threefold if it is general. As an application, we prove a conjecture of Kuznetsov–Perry in dimension 3 under a mild assumption. Finally, we use to restate a conjecture of Debarre–Iliev–Manivel regarding fibers of the period map for ordinary GM threefolds.
