Abstract:In this paper, we gave some generalized Young type inequalities due to Zuo and Li [J. Math. Inequal., 16 (2022), 1169-1178], and we also presented a new Young type inequality. As applications, we obtained some operator inequalities and matrix versions inequalities including the Hilbert-Schmidt norm and trace.

Abstract:In this paper, both low order and high order extensions of the Iyengar type inequality are obtained. Such extensions are the best possible in the same sense as that of the Iyengar inequality. Furthermore, the Chebyshev central algorithms of integrals for some function classes and some related problems are also considered and investigated.

Abstract:This article introduces new Young-type inequalities, leveraging the Kantorovich constant, by refining the original inequality. In addition, we present a range of norm-based inequalities applicable to positive semidefinite matrices, such as the Hilbert-Schmidt norm and the trace norm. The importance of these results lies in their dual significance: they hold inherent value on their own, and they also extend and build upon numerous established results within the existing literature.

Abstract:This paper presents some new inequalities, the most important of which is the inequality given in Theorem 2.1. It can solve a class of inequalities by a unified method. An important application of the inequality given in Theorem 2.1 is to derive another new general form of inequality. The famous Nesbitt's inequality is a special case of this general form of inequality when n = 3. The new inequality in Theorem 2.1 proposed in this paper is easy to use and expand, and many new inequalities can be derived and obtained by direct calculation, so it has a wide range of applications. Many known inequalities can also be directly calculated by the inequalities proposed in this paper, and the calculation is simple and convenient.

Abstract:In this short note, we presented a new proof of a weak log-majorization inequality for normal matrices and obtained a singular value inequality related to positive semi-definite matrices. What's more, we also gave an example to show that some conditions in an existing norm inequality are necessary.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish some Stein–Weiss type inequalities with general kernels on the upper half space and study the extremal functions of the optimal constant. Furthermore, we also investigate the regularity, asymptotic estimates, symmetry and non-existence results of positive solutions of corresponding Euler–Lagrange system. As an application, we derive some Liouville type results for the Hartree type equations on the half space.

Abstract:In the paper, the authors review several refinements of Young's integral inequality via several mean value theorems, such as Lagrange's and Taylor's mean value theorems of Lagrange's and Cauchy's type remainders, and via several fundamental inequalities, such as \v{C}eby\v{s}ev's integral inequality, Hermite--Hadamard's type integral inequalities, H\"older's integral inequality, and Jensen's discrete and integral inequalities, in terms of higher order derivatives and their norms, survey several applications of several refinements of Young's integral inequality, and further refine Young's integral inequality via P\'olya's type integral inequalities.

Abstract:In this article we study various forms of the Hardy inequality for affine connections on a complete noncompact Riemannian manifold, including the two-weight Hardy inequality, the improved Hardy inequality, the Rellich inequality, the Hardy–Poincaré inequality and the Heisenberg–Pauli–Weyl inequality. Our results improve and include many previously known results as special cases.
