Abstract:In this paper, we study the well-posedness and regularity of non-autonomous stochastic differential algebraic equations (SDAEs) with nonlinear, locally Lipschitz and monotone (2) coefficients of the form (1). The main difficulty is the fact that the operator A(.) is non-autonomous, i.~e. depends on t and the matrix $A(t)$ is singular for all $t\in \left[0,T\right]$. Our interest is in SDAE of index-1. This means that in order to solve the problem, we can transform the initial SDAEs into an ordinary stochastic differential equation with algebraic constraints. Under appropriate hypothesizes, the main result establishes the existence and uniqueness of the solution in $\mathcal{M}^p(\left[0, T\right], \mathbb{R}^n)$, $p\geq 2$, $p\in \mathbb{N}$. Several strong estimations and regularity results are also provided. Note that, in this paper, we use various techniques such as Itô's lemma, Burkholder-Davis-Gundy inequality, and Young inequality.

Abstract:This article deals with the nonlocal problem to a class of nonlinear non-autonomous second order integro-differential evolution equation of mixed type via measure of noncompactness in infinite-dimensional Banach spaces. Based on the fixed point theorem with respect to convex-power condensing operator and a new estimation technique of the measure of noncompactness combined with the theory of evolution families to investigate the existence of mild solutions for a class of nonlinear non-autonomous second order integro-differential evolution equations with nonlocal condition in infinite-dimensional Banach spaces, we obtained the existence of mild solutions under the weak situation that the nonlinear function satisfy some appropriate growth condition and non-compactness measure condition. Our results generalize and improve some previous results on this topic, since the condition of uniformly continuity of the nonlinearity is not required, and also the strong restriction on the constants in the condition of noncompactness measure is completely deleted. Finally, an example is given to show the applications of the obtained results.

Abstract:Analysis and Applications, Ahead of Print. In this paper, we consider the existence and uniqueness of mild solutions for stochastic nonlocal evolution equations with Lévy diffusion operator and nonlocal initial conditions. Based on the continuity of the Lévy semigroup and the technique of the measure of noncompactness, we establish the local existence of mild solutions in [math] under some weaker growth conditions. Moreover, we obtain the existence of mild solutions on any finite interval by using the general growth conditions on the nonlinear. Finally, the global existence and uniqueness of mild solutions follow from the additional Lipschitz conditions on nonlinear terms.

Abstract:The paper deals with a source identification problem of the subdiffusion equations from the initial value and nonlocal final data observations where the nonlinearity likely takes values in Hilbert scales spaces. The existence and uniqueness results are proved by establishing some estimates for resolvent operators using the embedding theorem and some fixed point arguments. We also study the regularity results for these equations, more especifically we prove the Hölder continuity of mild solutions.

Abstract:This paper deals with some qualitative properties of solutions to nonlinear neutral hybrid differential equations connected to ψ -Caputo fractional derivative with time-varying lags. First, we demonstrate the problem possesses a mild solution uniquely where the source function may have temporal singularities. Second, in some cases, we indicate that the problem possesses a unique mild solution under some weaker conditions than the previous one. Third, we also obtain a result on a global mild solution for the problem. Finally, the results are further enriched by studying a new type of Ulam–Hyers stability for the main equation. The main results are obtained by applying the nice inequality, first proposed and proven in this paper. Some befit examples are given to justify the applicability of the main results.

We establish a new theorem on the pathwise uniqueness of solutions for the equation under a weaker condition than the Lipschitz one. The result concerning the one-parameter analogue of the problem we consider here is immediate (see [1, Theorem 3.2]). Unfortunately, the situation is much more complicated for two-parameter process and we believe that our result is the first one of its kind and is interesting in itself. We have proved the existence theorem for the equation in [2].

Both Banach's contraction principle and Schauder's fixed point theorem, as well as the theory of evolution families and interpolation spaces, are employed in our approach. Abstract:This paper considers a local and non-local problem characterized by singular nonlinearity and a source term. Specifically, we focus on the following problem: \begin{equation}\label{A}\tag{P} -\Delta_{p} u + (-\Delta)^{s}_{q} u = f(x) u^{-\alpha} + g(x) u^{\beta}, \quad u > 0 \quad \text{in } \Omega; \quad u = 0, \quad \text{in } \mathbb{R}^{N} \setminus \Omega, \end{equation} where $ \Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^N $ is an open bounded domain with a $ C^{2} $ boundary $ \partial \Omega $, and $ N > p $. We assume that $ 0 < s < 1 $ and $ 1 < p, q < \infty $, with the conditions $ q = p $ or $ q < p $, corresponding to the homogeneous and non-homogeneous cases, respectively. The parameters satisfy $ 0 < \beta < q - 1 $ and $ \alpha > 0 $. The function $ f $ is non-zero and belongs to a suitable Lebesgue space $ L^{r}(\Omega) $ for some $ r \in [1, \infty] $, or satisfies a growth condition involving negative powers of the distance function $ d(\cdot) $ near the boundary $ \partial \Omega $. Additionally, $ g $ is a nonnegative function within appropriate Lebesgue spaces. The primary objectives of this paper are twofold. First, we establish the uniqueness of infinite energy solutions to problem \eqref{A} by introducing a novel comparison principle under certain conditions. Second, we derive several existence results for weak solutions in various senses, accompanied by regularity results for problem \eqref{A}. Furthermore, we present a non-existence result when the function $ f(x) \sim d^{-\delta}(x) $ and $ x $ is near the boundary, under the condition $ \delta \geq p $. Our approach leverages the Picone identities on one hand and the interaction between the local and non-local terms on the other hand.

Abstract:In this paper, we study a two-point boundary value problem involving p -Laplacian and its relationship with the associated discrete ones. Specifically, by using discrete variational methods, we first obtain a sequence of positive solutions for the associated discrete two-point boundary value problems corresponding to different step lengths. Then, utilizing the sequence of positive solutions, we construct a sequence of continuous functions which can be shown to be precompact. Finally, we prove that the limit function of the convergent subsequence is the desired positive solution. In particular, our result covers the cases when the nonlinear function in the equation is -superlinear and asymptotically -linear.

Abstract:In this article, we are concerned about the existence, uniqueness, and nonexistence of the positive solution for: where N ⩾ 3 , 0 < q < 1 , λ > 0 , p > 1 , μ > 0 is a parameter and the function h ( x ) satisfies certain conditions. To start with, based on the variational argument and perturbation method, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of the positive solution for the aforementioned singular elliptic differential equation as λ > N 2 . In addition, there is no solution as λ ⩽ N 2 . Later, from an experimental point of view, we give the numerical solution of the aforementioned singular elliptic differential equation by means of a neural network in some special cases, which enrich the theoretical results. Our conclusions partially extend the results corresponding to the nonsingular case.

Abstract:We study the existence of bounded asymptotic mild solutions to evolution equations of the form $u'(t)=Au(t)+f(t), t\ge 0$ in a Banach space $\X$, where $A$ generates an (analytic) $C_0$-semigroup and $f$ is bounded. We find spectral conditions on $A$ and $f$ for the existence and uniqueness of asymptotic mild solutions with the same "profile" as that of $f$. In the resonance case, a sufficient condition of Massera type theorem is found for the existence of bounded solutions with the same profile as $f$. The obtained results are stated in terms of spectral properties of $A$ and $f$, and they are analogs of classical results of Katznelson-Tzafriri and Massera for the evolution equations on the half line. Applications from PDE are given.

Abstract:We consider a class of parabolic nonlocal $1$-Laplacian equation \begin{align*} u_t+(-\Delta)^s_1u=f \quad \text{ in }\Omega\times(0,T]. \end{align*} By employing the Rothe time-discretization method, we establish the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions to the equation above. In particular, different from the previous results on the local case, we infer that the weak solution maintains $\frac{1}{2}$-Hölder continuity in time.
