Abstract:In the last two decades, numerous studies have conducted patient-specific computations of blood flow dynamics in cerebral aneurysms and reported correlations between various hemodynamic metrics and aneurysmal disease progression or treatment outcomes. Nevertheless, intra-aneurysmal flow analysis has not been adopted in current clinical practice, and hemodynamic factors usually are not considered in clinical decision making. This review presents the state of the art in cerebral aneurysm imaging and image-based modeling, discussing the advantages and limitations of each approach and focusing on the translational value of hemodynamic analysis. Combining imaging and modeling data obtained from different flow modalities can improve the accuracy and fidelity of resulting velocity fields and flow-derived factors that are thought to affect aneurysmal disease progression. It is expected that predictive models utilizing hemodynamic factors in combination with patient medical history and morphological data will outperform current risk scores and treatment guidelines. Possible future directions include novel approaches enabling data assimilation and multimodality analysis of cerebral aneurysm hemodynamics.
Abstract 174: In-vivo Assessment of the Impact of Regional Intracranial Atherosclerotic Lesions on Brain Arterial 3D Hemodynamics

Abstract:Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility of 4D flow MRI for the in-vivo assessment of the impact of regional stenotic lesions on intracranial arterial hemodynamics in patients with intracranial atherosclerotic disease (ICAD). Method: 4D flow MRI data were acquired in 23 ICAD patients (13 male, 67±14 years) and 8 healthy volunteers (4 male, 60±11 years). The stenosed vessels were internal carotid artery (ICA, n=8), middle cerebral artery (MCA, n=11), and basilar artery (BA, n=7). 3D blood flow characteristics were visualized using time-integrated pathlines (Fig. 1a-c). Blood flow and peak velocity in the major intracranial arteries (ICA, MCA, PCA, and ACA) were quantified in manually positioned 2D planes (Fig. 1a). Asymmetry index (affected/non-affected for patients or left/right ratios for volunteers) of the blood flow (AI-F) and peak velocity (AI-V) were compared between patients and volunteers for the above 4 vessels. Results: The following indices were significantly different between volunteers and patients with ICA and MCA stenosis (Fig. 1d, e). For patients with ICA stenosis compared to volunteers, the indices measured for ICA location were: AI-F (0.48±0.23 vs. 0.99±0.05, P<0.001) and AI-V (0.64±0.23 vs. 0.96±0.12, P=0.004) and for MCA location were: AI-F (0.66±0.28 vs. 0.94±0.09, P=0.016). For patients with MCA stenosis compared to volunteers, the indices for MCA location were: AI-F (0.42±0.22 vs. 0.94±0.09, P<0.001) and AI-V (0.71±0.21 vs. 1.00±0.18, P=0.008). PCA flow and ACA velocity indices were altered suggesting collateral flow ipsilateral to the ICA or MCA stenosis. No difference was observed between volunteers and patients with BA stenosis. Conclusion: Our findings demonstrated the feasibility of 4D flow MRI to quantify the impact of a regional stenotic lesion on changes in other intracranial arterial hemodynamics. Quantitative hemodynamic markers may provide additional insight into the pathophysiology and risk stratification for ICAD patients.

Abstract:Cerebral hemodynamics in the presence of cerebrovascular occlusive disease (CVOD) are influenced by the anatomy of the intracranial arteries, the degree of stenosis, the patency of collateral pathways, and the condition of the cerebral microvasculature. Accurate characterization of cerebral hemodynamics is a challenging problem. In this work, we present a strategy to quantify cerebral hemodynamics using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in combination with arterial spin labeling MRI (ASL). First, we calibrated patient-specific CFD outflow boundary conditions using ASL-derived flow splits in the Circle of Willis. Following, we validated the calibrated CFD model by evaluating the fractional blood supply from the main neck arteries to the vascular territories using Lagrangian particle tracking and comparing the results against vessel-selective ASL (VS-ASL). Finally, the feasibility and capability of our proposed method were demonstrated in two patients with CVOD and a healthy control subject. We showed that the calibrated CFD model accurately reproduced the fractional blood supply to the vascular territories, as obtained from VS-ASL. The two patients revealed significant differences in pressure drop over the stenosis, collateral flow, and resistance of the distal vasculature, despite similar degrees of clinical stenosis severity. Our results demonstrated the advantages of a patient-specific CFD analysis for assessing the hemodynamic impact of stenosis.

[Hemodynamic Analyses of Large Intracranial Aneurysms].

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To simulate the computational hemodynamics of large intracranial aneurysms and analyze the hemodynamics of three types of large intracranial aneurysms. METHODS A total of 32 patient-specific models of large intracranial aneurysms were constructed with the data of DSA (digital subtraction angiography). According to the location of outflow vessel, plane of main vortex and impact zone, large intracranial aneurysms were classified into type A (outflow vessel in the plane of main vortex), type B1 (outflow vessel out of plane of main vortex, impact zone at the lateral wall of aneurysm) and type B2 (outflow vessel out of plane of main vortex, impact zone at the dome of aneurysm). Blood flow was assumed to be laminar and incompressible and blood Newtonian fluid. The time-dependent pulsatile boundary condition was deployed at inlet. CFD ICEM and Fluent software packages were used to simulate the computational hemodynamics of large intracranial aneurysms. RESULTS The distributions of hemodynamic variables during the cardiac cycle were analyzed for wall shear stress, velocity and streamlines. The velocity ratio (ratio of aneurysmal flow velocity to parent artery flow velocity) of type A, B1 and B2 was 0.186 ± 0.019, 0.706 ± 0.077 and 0.208 ± 0.041 respectively. The wall shear stress ratio (ratio of aneurysmal wall shear stress to parent artery wall shear stress) of types A, B1 and B2 was 0.081 ± 0.029, 1.019 ± 0.139 and 0.103 ± 0.031 respectively. The flow velocity and wall shear stress were the highest in type B1 group, followed by those in type B2 group and the lowest in type A group. CONCLUSION As reflected by the location of impact zone, the location of outflow vessel and inflow-angle can influence the level of blood flow in aneurysm sac.
Multiphase Flow Hemodynamic Evaluation of Vertebral Artery Stenosis Lesions and Plaque Stability

Abstract:Background: Atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of vertebral artery stenosis, which reduces blood supply to the posterior circulation, resulting in cerebral infarction or death. Objective: To investigate stenosis rates and locations on the development of vertebral artery plaques. Methods: Stenosis models with varying degrees and positions of stenosis were established. The stenosis area was comprehensively analyzed using multiphase flow numerical simulation. Wall shear stress (WSS), blood flow velocity, and red blood cell (RBC) volume fraction were calculated. Results: Blood flow velocity in 30-70% stenosis of each segment tended to increase significantly higher than normal. Downstream of 50% stenosis exhibited turbulent flow; downstream of 70% displayed reflux. Severe stenosis increases the WSS and distribution area. The mixed area of high and low WSS appeared downstream of the stenosis. The RBC volume fraction at the stenosis increased (maximum value: 0.487 at 70% stenosis in the V4), which was 1.08 times the normal volume fraction. Turbulent and backflow regions exhibited complex RBC volume fraction distributions. Conclusion: Flow velocity, WSS, and RBC volume fraction at the stenosis increase with stenosis severity, increasing plaque shedding. Narrow downstream spoiler and reflux areas possess low WSS and high erythrocyte volume fractions, accelerating plaque growth.

Abstract:In this paper, a numerical estimation of wall shear stress (WSS) and study on hemodynamic pattern in carotid artery (CA) near the bifurcation region with dynamic growth of aneurysm using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for making early clinical decision is presented. Aneurysm in the carotid artery affects the blood supply to brain and if it is untreated at early stage may lead to sudden death. Computed tomography images of four different cases of stroke subjects scanned of 600 slices with 1 mm resolution with neighbouring layers from neck to head are considered for this study. Numerically a CA with bifurcation region is developed from these images and aneurysm is and allowed to grow dynamically from 10 to 20 mm. WSS and hemodynamic pattern is estimated numerically using Ansys platform at various region of interest in both rigid and compliant wall conditions. The arterial wall thinning was analytically estimated using thick cylinder theory to estimate the increase in aneurysm under various stress conditions (rest and exercise conditions). The findings show that WSS is found to reduce at the aneurysm region with a corresponding strong vortex pattern. Thus, the vortex pattern could be the cause of tissue damage and thinning rather than WSS. The corresponding increase in velocity gradient at the bifurcation region is also captured. This high gradient is the cause for higher WSS at the bifurcation region which is a possible cause for the formation of plaque and arteriosclerosis. It is interesting to note that the WSS did not change drastically for 10 and 15 mm aneurysm but a large change was seen from normal to 10 and 15–20 mm respectively. This study provides a better clinical insight on the effect of aneurysm in CA bifurcation region using a systematic approach to numerical modelling compared to traditional imaging modalities. It can be used as an adjunct tool for physicians and surgeons for planning necessary clinical interventions.

Abstract:Objective Simulate the blood flow numerically in patient-specific cerebral aneurysms and help assessing the risks of rupture and reoccurrence of cerebral aneurysms in clinic. Method Geometrical models were constructed from three-dimensional rotational angiography data,Herschel-Bulkley non-Newtonian fluid model was chosen for the blood,and the commercial CFD software was employed to simulate the blood flow in the two patient-specific computational models. Result The streamlines,the velocity fields in important cross sections,the wall shear stress distribution and total pressure distribution on the aneurysmal wall were obtained. Furthermore,the graphs of wall shear stress and total pressure,at 20 points of the neck and top of each aneurysm respectively,at systolic time,were plotted. Conclusions Hemodynamic factors play important roles in the growth and rupture of cerebral aneurysms and patient-specific CFD simulation of blood flow in cerebral aneurysm can make a contribution in studying the hemodynamics in cerebral aneurysms. Distribution of wall shear stress is different from that of unsteady index of wall shear stress at the neck of the aneurysm,and the relationship between the oscillation of wall shear stress and the risks of rupture and reoccurrence of the aneurysm should be studied.

Abstract:It is a general agreement that hemodynamics plays very important role in the initiation, growth, and rupture of cerebral aneurysms and hemodynamics in the anterior communicating artery aneurysms is considered the most complex in all cerebral aneurysms and it is difficult to find some reasonable relationship between the hemodynamics parameters and the rupture risk. In this paper, the 3D geometries of four anterior communicating artery aneurysms were generated from the CTA data and the computational models with bilateral feeding arteries for the four aneurysms were constructed. The blood flow was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software and the hemodynamics parameters such as velocity, wall shear stress, and oscillatory shear index were calculated. The following results were observed: one of the four models only needs the left feeding artery; the max normalized wall shear stress locates at the aneurysmal neck of the largest aneurysm; themax oscillatory shear index locates at the aneurysmal sac of the largest aneurysm. The conclusion was drawn that the anterior communicating artery aneurysm has higher rupture risk from the hemodynamics viewpoint if the max wall shear stress locates at the neck and the max oscillatory shear index locates at the dome.

Abstract:Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of mortality in the industrialized world. Among these diseases, aortic dissection affects the aorta wall and is a surgical emergency with a low survival rate. This pathology occurs when an injury leads to a localized tear of the innermost layer of the aorta. It allows blood to flow between the layers of the aortic wall, forcing the layers apart and creating a false lumen. Endovascular treatment seeks to obliterate the entrances to the false lumen with a covered stent. There are very few studies on the postoperative demonstration of blood flow phenomena in the aortic dissection endovascular treatment. It is crucial to study the hemodynamics of blood in the aorta after an intervention because the new geometrical configuration of the aorta with a stent leads to modifications in blood flow. For the surgeons, the procedure can only be performed empirically, using MRI-4D images to view the postoperative flow of the patient’s blood in the aorta with the stent. This paper aims to present a numerical tool developed from the open-source software FOAM- Extend®, allowing for multiphysics numerical simulations. Using MRI data, a bio-faithful model of the patient-specific case was built. Numerical simulations were performed to predict preoperative and postoperative (endovascular treatment) hemodynamics. The modifications of the flow in the aorta were analyzed focusing on the postoperative perfusions. The results were compared with the corresponding MRI data and have a good qualitative agreement. Biomarkers are calculated to localize possible zones of post-operative pathological developments and recommendations may be suggested to the surgeons.

Abstract:Blood flow patterns and local hemodynamic parameters have been widely associated with the onset and progression of atherosclerosis in the carotid artery. Assessment of these parameters can be performed noninvasively using cine phase-contrast (PC) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In addition, in the last two decades, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation in three dimensional models derived from anatomic medical images has been employed to investigate the blood flow in the carotid artery. This study developed a workflow of a subject-specific CFD analysis using MRI to enhance estimating hemodynamics of the carotid artery. Time-of-flight MRI scans were used to construct three-dimensional computational models. PC-MRI measurements were utilized to impose the boundary condition at the inlet and a 0-dimensional lumped parameter model was employed for the outflow boundary condition. The choice of different viscosity models of blood flow as a source of uncertainty was studied, by means of the axial velocity, wall shear stress, and oscillatory shear index. The sequence of workflow in CFD analysis was optimized for a healthy subject using PC-MRI. Then, a patient with carotid artery stenosis and its hemodynamic parameters were examined. The simulations indicated that the lumped parameter model used at the outlet gives physiologically reasonable values of hemodynamic parameters. Moreover, the dependence of hemodynamics parameters on the viscosity models was observed to vary for different geometries. Other factors, however, may be required for a more accurate CFD analysis, such as the segmentation and smoothness of the geometrical model, mechanical properties of the artery’s wall, and the prescribed velocity profile at the inlet.
Hemodynamic influence of mild stenosis morphology in different coronary arteries: a computational fluid dynamic modelling study

Abstract:Introduction: Mild stenosis [degree of stenosis (DS) < 50%] is commonly labeled as nonobstructive lesion. Some lesions remain stable for several years, while others precipitate acute coronary syndromes (ACS) rapidly. The causes of ACS and the factors leading to diverse clinical outcomes remain unclear. Method: This study aimed to investigate the hemodynamic influence of mild stenosis morphologies in different coronary arteries. The stenoses were modeled with different morphologies based on a healthy individual data. Computational fluid dynamics analysis was used to obtain hemodynamic characteristics, including flow waveforms, fractional flow reserve (FFR), flow streamlines, time-average wall shear stress (TAWSS), and oscillatory shear index (OSI). Results: Numerical simulation indicated significant hemodynamic differences among different DS and locations. In the 20%-30% range, significant large, low-velocity vortexes resulted in low TAWSS (<4 dyne/cm2) around stenoses. In the 30%-50% range, high flow velocity due to lumen area reduction resulted in high TAWSS (>40 dyne/cm2), rapidly expanding the high TAWSS area (averagely increased by 0.46 cm2) in left main artery and left anterior descending artery (LAD), where high OSI areas remained extensive (>0.19 cm2). Discussion: While mild stenosis does not pose any immediate ischemic risk due to a FFR > 0.95, 20%-50% stenosis requires attention and further subdivision based on location is essential. Rapid progression is a danger for lesions with 20%-30% DS near the stenoses and in the proximal LAD, while lesions with 30%-50% DS can cause plaque injury and rupture. These findings support clinical practice in early assessment, monitoring, and preventive treatment.

Abstract:Objective. The cerebral vasculature is formed of an intricate network of blood vessels over many different length scales. Changes in their structure and connection are implicated in multiple cerebrovascular and neurological disorders. In this study, we present a novel approach to the quantitative analysis of the cerebral macrovasculature using computational and mathematical tools in a large dataset. Approach. We analysed a publicly available vessel dataset from a cohort of 56 (32/24 F/M) healthy subjects. This dataset includes digital reconstructions of human brain macrovasculatures. We then propose a new mathematical model to compute blood flow dynamics and pressure distributions within these 56-representative cerebral macrovasculatures and quantify the results across this cohort. Main results. Statistical analysis showed that the steady state level of cerebrovascular resistance (CVR) gradually increases with age in both men and women. These age-related changes in CVR are in good agreement with previously reported values. All subjects were found to have only small phase angles (< 6°) between blood pressure and blood flow at the cardiac frequency. Significance. These results showed that the dynamic component of blood flow adds very little phase shift at the cardiac frequency, which implies that the cerebral macrocirculation can be regarded as close to steady state in its behaviour, at least in healthy populations, irrespective of age or sex. This implies that the phase shift observed in measurements of blood flow in cerebral vessels is caused by behaviour further down the vascular bed. This behaviour is important for future statistical models of the dynamic maintenance of oxygen and nutrient supply to the brain.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of stent implantation on the hemodynamic characteristics of middle cerebral artery(MCA) aneurysm and analyze the effect of stent on hemodynamic factors such as wall shear stress.Methods One patient with wide-neck MCA bifurcation aneurysm was analyzed before operation and during follow-up according to clinical images and using fluid dynamics software(ANSYS software) based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation methods.The blood streamlines and wall shear stress were compared in both conditions.Results There was significant change in morphology of arteries after stent implantation and the aneurysm was gone.The angle of vascular bifurcation became smaller from 196.4° to 92.5°.The aneurysm disappeared completely.The distribution of wall shear stress on the surface of aneurysm turned uniform after stent implantation.The region of high wall stress value near the neck of aneurysm was disappeared directly.Conclusion Stent implantation can change the partial hemodynamics of aneurysm and parent artery.The numerical simulation of CFD can directly reflect the hemodynamic characteristics of aneurysm.

Abstract:The study on arterial stenosis has gained rapid interest among researchers in the last decade because of its chronic consequences. Several researchers have tried to investigate stenosis and plaque progression in the carotid artery with different simulation models. In this study, a realistic 3-D geometry of the carotid artery has been used to analyze the effect of varying degrees of stenosis present at different locations of the carotid artery on various hemodynamic parameters. An extensive range of stenosis degrees, starting from a healthy artery(0 %stenosis) to 10%, 30%, 50%, 75%, and 90% stenosis, have been studied. These degrees of stenosis were planted at different locations of the artery grown simultaneously. The whole study was done under the realm of Fluid-Structure Interaction multiphysics. The change in velocity profiles at the areas of stenosis has been found along with the wall shear stress and arterial displacement. The magnitude of velocity and wall shear stress in the case of multiple stenosis locations has been found to be dependent on each other. The presence or absence of one stenosis affects the other, and given the regular and irregular patterns of the velocity profile, wall shear stress, and displacement, their inclusion in blood flow simulation studies having multiple stenoses should be considered.

Turbulent blood flow in a cerebral artery with an aneurysm

Abstract:Unruptured intracranial aneurysms are common in the general population, and many uncertainties remain when predicting rupture risks and treatment outcomes. One of the cutting-edge tools used to investigate this condition is computational fluid dynamics (CFD). However, CFD is not yet mature enough to guide the clinical management of this disease. In addition, recent studies have reported significant flow instabilities when refined numerical methods are used. Questions remain as to how to properly simulate and evaluate this flow, and whether these instabilities are really turbulence. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the impact of the simulation setup on the results and investigate the occurrence of turbulence in a cerebral artery with an aneurysm. For this purpose, direct numerical simulations were performed with up to 200 cardiac cycles and with data sampling rates of up to 100,000 times per cardiac cycle. Through phase-averaging or triple decomposition, the contributions of turbulence and of laminar pulsatile waves to the velocity, pressure and wall shear stress fluctuations were distinguished. For example, the commonly used oscillatory shear index was found to be closely related to the laminar waves introduced at the inlet, rather than turbulence. The turbulence energy cascade was evaluated through energy spectrum estimates, revealing that, despite the low flow rates and Reynolds number, the flow is turbulent near the aneurysm. Phase-averaging was shown to be an approach that can help researchers better understand this flow, although the results are highly dependent on simulation setup and post-processing choices.
Numerical Simulation in the Abdominal Aorta and the Visceral Arteries with or Without Stenosis Based on 2D PCMRI

Abstract:It is important to obtain accurate boundary conditions (BCs) in hemodynamic simulations. This article aimed to improve the accuracy of BCs in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation and analyze the differences in hemodynamics between healthy volunteers and patients with visceral arterial stenosis (VAS). The geometric models of seven cases were reconstructed using the magnetic resonance angiogram (MRA) or computed tomography angiogram (CTA) imaging data. The physiological flow waveforms obtained from 2D Phase Contrast Magnetic Resonance Imaging (PCMRI) were imposed on the aortic inlet and the visceral arteries' outlets. The individualized RCR values of the three-element Windkessel model were imposed on the aortic outlet. CFD simulations were run in the open-source software: svSolver. Two specific time points were selected to compare the hemodynamics of healthy volunteers and patients with VAS. The results suggested that blood in the stenotic visceral arteries flowed at high speed throughout the cardiac cycle. The low pressure is distributed at stenotic lesions. The wall shear stress (WSS) reached 4 Pa near stenotic locations. The low time average wall shear stress (TAWSS), high oscillatory shear index (OSI), and high relative residence time (RRT) concentrated in the abdominal aorta. Besides, the ratios of the areas with low TAWSS, high OSI, and high RRT to the computational domain were higher in patients with VAS than which in the healthy volunteers. The individualized BCs were used for hemodynamic simulations and results suggest that patients with stenosis have a higher risk of blood retention and atherosclerosis formation in the abdominal aorta.

Abstract:According to recent studies, there are various potential predictors for surgical outcome for cerebral aneurysms. An accurate surgical outcome assessment would help make better-informed decisions and avoid the risk of rebleeding. It is well known that hemodynamic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms. In this article, a computational fluid dynamic analysis is applied to one patient-specific model of the cerebral aneurysm located at the tip of basilar artery, by which the differences of hemodynamic parameters before and after endovascular treatment may be evaluated. Based on the model, we show that the flow behavior near the neck of the aneurysm sees great differences after endovascular treatment as compared with that before treatment, which also affects the wall shear stress and the displacement distribution. In addition, our whole simulation process is based on a series of CFD commercial software packages, which are easily available for doctors to implement such a method in their daily practice. These results would be used to assess the outcome of endovascular treatment for the aneurysm occlusion.

Abstract:Experimental and computational data suggest that hemodynamics play a critical role in the development, growth, and rupture of cerebral aneurysms. The flow structure, especially in aneurysms with a large sac, is highly complex and three-dimensional. Therefore, volumetric and time-resolved measurements of the flow properties are crucial to fully characterize the hemodynamics. In this study, phase-contrast Magnetic Resonance Imaging is used to assess the fluid dynamics inside a 3D-printed replica of a giant intracranial aneurysm, whose hemodynamics was previously simulated by multiple research groups. The physiological inflow waveform is imposed in a flow circuit with realistic cardiovascular impedance. Measurements are acquired with sub-millimeter spatial resolution for 16 time steps over a cardiac cycle, allowing for the detailed reconstruction of the flow evolution. Moreover, the three-dimensional and time-resolved pressure distribution is calculated from the velocity field by integrating the fluid dynamics equations, and is validated against differential pressure measurements using precision transducers. The flow structure is characterized by vortical motions that persist within the aneurysm sac for most of the cardiac cycle. All the main flow statistics including velocity, vorticity, pressure, and wall shear stress suggest that the flow pattern is dictated by the aneurysm morphology and is largely independent of the pulsatility of the inflow, at least for the flow regimes investigated here. Comparisons are carried out with previous computational simulations that used the same geometry and inflow conditions, both in terms of cycle-averaged and systolic quantities.

Abstract:The worldwide lethal prevalence of atherosclerotic diseases has made it a crucial topic of research, the descending aorta is a major artery with complex geometry involving curvature, branches, and bifurcation leading to common iliac arteries. This paper aims to scrutinize the intricate blood flow patterns and the flow parameters with the increasing degree of stenosis in the infrarenal aorta, which has been accomplished through computational fluid dynamics modeling. A 3D CAD model of the healthy aortoiliac bifurcation was constructed from MR images, and three diseased models with 32%, 47%, and 71% occlusion in the infrarenal aorta region were constructed. At the inlet, pulsatile velocity and at the outlet pressure boundary conditions were applied, blood was considered Newtonian and turbulence was modeled using Large Eddy Simulation (LES). The numerical simulation was carried out using finite volume method on ANSYS. The predicted hemodynamic parameters like velocity, wall shear stress (WSS), oscillating shear index (OSI), Q-Criterion and turbulence intensity were post-processed for all the models, the analysis of which provides an insight into the myriad processes involved in the inception and evolution of atherosclerosis. The transition of blood flow from laminar to turbulent with increase in the degree of stenosis is a very eminent feature of this study, turbulence is identified in cases with 47%, and 71% occlusion and is dominant in the latter.
