A Study of Irony in Pride and Prejudice

Abstract:Literary has many expression forms and techniques,and each has its unique application range.Through the study of the famous British novel Pride and Prejudice,the relevance theory in the language irony in its literary form is analyzed,with the intension to probe into the charm of English language literature.At the same time,as a new understanding of the foreign literature works,the framework of response to irony is formed to deeper the understanding of the work's charm.
