Abstract:In this paper, on the complex field $\mathbb{C}$, we prove two integral formulae for the Hankel-Mellin transform and the double Fourier-Mellin transform of Bessel functions, both resulting the hypergeometric function. As two applications, we use the former integral formula to make explicit the spectral formula of Bruggeman and Motohashi for the fourth moment of Dedekind zeta function over the Gaussian number field $\mathbb{Q}(i)$ and to establish a spectral formula for the Hecke-eigenvalue twisted second moment of central $L$-values for the Picard group $\mathrm{PGL}_2 (\mathbb{Z}[i])$. Moreover, we develop the theory of distributional Hankel transform on $\mathbb{C} \smallsetminus \{0\}$.

Abstract:The main crux of this paper is to introduce a new integral transform called the multidimensional Hankel-Gabor transform which generalizes the classical Gabor Fourier transform and to give some new results related to this transform as Plancherel's, Parseval's, inversion and Calderón's reproducing formulas. Abstract:In this paper, we consider the normalized Bessel function of index <math>α>−12</math>, we find an integral representation of the term <math>xnjα+n(x)jα(y)</math>. This allows us to establish a product formula for the generalized Hankel function <math>Bλκ,n</math> on <math>R</math>. <math>Bλκ,n</math> is the kernel of the integral transform <math>Fκ,n</math> arising from the Dunkl theory. Indeed we show that <math>Bλκ,n(x)Bλκ,n(y)</math> can be expressed as an integral in terms of <math>Bλκ,n(z)</math> with explicit kernel invoking Gegenbauer polynomials for all <math>n∈N∗</math>. The obtained result generalizes the product formulas proved by M. Rösler for Dunkl kernel when n = 1 and by S. Ben Said when n = 2. As application, we define and study a translation operator and a convolution structure associated to <math>Bλκ,n</math>. They share many important properties with their analogous in the classical Fourier theory.

Abstract:We provide a concrete characterization of the Bergman space of bicomplex-valued bc-meromorphic functions with a strong pole at the origin of the bicomplex discus. The explicit expression of its reproducing kernel is given, and its integral representation as the range of the bicomplex version of the generalized second Bargmann transform is also considered. In addition, we construct the bicomplex analog of the fractional Hankel transform as well as its dual transform. Its range is described and its reproducing kernel is given. Such description involves the zeros of the generalized Laguerre polynomials.

Abstract:We identify multiresolution subspaces giving rise via Hankel transforms to Bessel functions. They emerge as orthogonal systems derived from geometric Hilbert-space considerations, the same way the wavelet functions from a multiresolution scaling wavelet construction arise from a scale of Hilbert spaces. We study the theory of representations of the $C^{\ast}$-algebra $% O_{\nu +1}$ arising from this multiresolution analysis. A connection with Markov chains and representations of $O_{\nu +1}$ is found. Projection valued measures arising from the multiresolution analysis give rise to a Markov trace for quantum groups $SO_q$.

Abstract:Hankel structures are widely employed in data analysis and signal processing. Not only Hankel matrices but also higher-order Hankel tensors arise frequently in disciplines such as exponential data fitting [13, 39, 93, 94, 89], frequency domain subspace identification [111], multidimensional seismic trace interpolation [118], and so on. As far as we know, the term "Hankel tensor" was first introduced by Luque and Thibon [80]. Boyer et al. [5, 11] discussed the higher-order singular value decompositions (HOSVD) of structured tensors, including symmetric tensors, Hankel tensors, and Toeplitz tensors in more detail. Moreover, Papy et al. employed Hankel-type tensors in exponential data fitting [13, 93, 94]. De Lathauwer [34] also concerned the "separation" of signals that can be modeled as sums of exponentials (or more generally, as exponential polynomials) by Hankel tensor approaches. As for the properties of Hankel tensors, Qi [102] recently investigated the spectral properties of Hankel tensor largely via the generating function. Song and Qi [112] investigated the spectral properties of Hilbert tensors, which are special Hankel tensors.

Abstract:In this paper we deal with the problem of describing the dual space $(B^1_\kappa)^*$ of the Bernstein space $B^1_\kappa$, that is the space of entire functions of exponential type at most $\kappa>0$ whose restriction to the real line is Lebesgue integrable. We provide several characterisations, showing that such dual space can be described as a quotient of the space of entire functions of exponential type $\kappa$ whose restrictions to the real line is Lebesgue integrable. We provide several characterisations, showing that such dual space can be described as a quotient of the space of entire functions of exponential type $\kappa$ whose restrictions to the real line is in a suitable $BMO$-type space, or as the space of symbols $b$ for which the Hankel operatorc $H_b$ is bounded on the Paley-Wiener space $B^2_{\kappa/2}$. We also provide a characterisation of $(B^1_\kappa)^*$ as the $BMO$ space w.r.t. the Clark measure of the inner function $e^{i\kappa z}$ on the upper half-plane, in analogy with the known description of the dual of backward-shift invariant $1$-spaces on the torus. Furthermore, we show that the orthogonal projection $P_\kappa\ : L^2(R)\to B^2_\kappa$ induces a bounded operator from $L^\infty(R)$ onto $(B^1_\kappa)^*$. Transfer operators and Hankel transforms: horospherical limits and quantization

Abstract:Transfer operators are conjectural "operators of functoriality," which transfer test measures and (relative) characters from one homogeneous space to another. In previous work, I computed transfer operators associated to spherical varieties of rank one, and gave an interpretation of them in terms of geometric quantization. In this paper, I study how these operators vary in the horospherical limits of these varieties, where they have a conceptual interpretation related to scattering theory. I also revisit Jacquet's Hankel transform for the Kuznetsov formula, which is related to the functional equation of the standard L-function of GL(n), and provide an interpretation of it in terms of quantization.

Abstract:We consider a topological integral transform of Bessel (concentric isospectral sets) type and Fourier (hyperplane isospectral sets) type, using the Euler characteristic as a measure. These transforms convert constructible $\zed$-valued functions to continuous $\real$-valued functions over a vector space. Core contributions include: the definition of the topological Bessel transform; a relationship in terms of the logarithmic blowup of the topological Fourier transform; and a novel Morse index formula for the transforms. We then apply the theory to problems of target reconstruction from enumerative sensor data, including localization and shape discrimination. This last application utilizes an extension of spatially variant apodization (SVA) to mitigate sidelobe phenomena.

Abstract:In the setting of the multidimensional Mellin analysis we introduce moduli of continuity and use them to define Besov-Mellin spaces. We prove that Besov-Mellin spaces are the interpolation spaces (in the sense of J.Peetre) between two Sobolev-Mellin spaces. We also introduce Bernstein-Mellin spaces and prove corresponding direct and inverse approximation theorems. In the Hilbert case we discuss Laplace-Mellin operaor and define relevant Paley-Wiener-Mellin spaces. Also in the Hilbert case we describe Besov-Mellin spaces in terms of Hilbert frames.

Abstract:This paper explores a one-parameter extension of the Hartley kernel expressed as a real combination of two Bessel functions, termed the Hartley–Bessel function. The key feature of the Hartley–Bessel function is derived through a limit transition from the little Jacobi polynomials. The Hartley–Bessel function emerges as an eigenfunction of a first-order difference-differential operator and possesses a Sonin integral-type representation. Our main contribution lies in investigating anovel product formula for this function, which subsequently facilitates the development of innovative generalized translation and convolution structures on the real line. The obtained product formula is expressed as an integral in terms of this function with an explicit non-positive and uniformly bounded measure. Consequently, a non-positivity-preserving convolution structure is established.

Abstract:This article continues the study of the Hadamard–Bergman operators in the unit disk of the complex plane. These operators arose as a natural generalization of orthogonal projections and represent an integral realization of multiplier operators. However, the study of operators in integral form offers a number of advantages in the context of the application of the theory of integral operators as well as in the study of certain function spaces such as holomorphic Hölder functions to which the multiplier theory does not apply. As a main result, we prove boundedness theorems for the Hadamard–Bergman operators and variable Hadamard–Bergman operators using the technique of operators with homogeneous kernels earlier developed in real analysis.

Generalized Multivariate Hypercomplex Function Inequalities and Their Applications

Abstract:This work extends the Mond-Pecaric method to functions with multiple operators as arguments by providing arbitrarily close approximations of the original functions. Instead of using linear functions to establish lower and upper bounds for multivariate functions as in prior work, we apply sigmoid functions to achieve these bounds with any specified error threshold based on the multivariate function approximation method proposed by Cybenko. This approach allows us to derive fundamental inequalities for multivariate hypercomplex functions, leading to new inequalities based on ratio and difference kinds. For applications about these new derived inequalities for multivariate hypercomplex functions, we first introduce a new concept called W-boundedness for hypercomplex functions by applying ratio kind multivariate hypercomplex inequalities. W-boundedness generalizes R-boundedness for norm mappings with input from Banach space. Additionally, we develop an approximation theory for multivariate hypercomplex functions and establish bounds algebra, including operator bounds and tail bounds algebra for multivariate random tensors.

Abstract:This article continues the study of the Hadamard–Bergman operators in the unit disc of the complex plane. These operators arose as a natural generalization of the orthogonal projector and represent an integral realization of multiplier operators. Here we consider mainly the further development of the theory of such operators in the context of operators of variable order, that is, with kernels depending on an external variable. We give some important examples illustrating the relevance of such research, including the integrodifferentiation operator of variable order and certain Volterra type operator studied in complex analysis earlier. It is worth noting that it is the Hadamard–Bergman operators that seem to lay claim to the most direct complex analogue of operators with homogeneous kernels in the unit disc. This opens up excellent opportunities for further development of the study of operators of the Hadamard–Bergman type.
