Abstract:Lie Yamaguti algebras appear naturally on the smooth sections of the tangent bundle of a reductive homogeneous space when we interpret the torsion and curvature as algebraic operators. In this article we present a description of the free Lie Yamaguti algebra.

Abstract:We introduce the notion of Lie-Yamaguti algebra bundle, define its cohomology groups with coefficients in a representation and show that such bundles appeared naturally from geometric considerations in the work of M. Kikkawa, which motivates us to introduce this object in the proper mathematical framework. We also study abelian extensions of Lie-Yamaguti algebra bundles and investigate their relationship with suitable cohomology group.

Abstract:Infinitesimal deformation theory of Lie-Yamaguti algebras was introduced by Tao Zhang and Juan Li . We extend their theory to develop formal one-parameter deformation theory of Lie-Yamaguti algebras. It turns out that the right deformation cohomology which controls deformations in this context, is a variant of Lie-Yamaguti algebra cohomology which we introduce in this paper. At the end, we introduce the free object in the category of Lie-Yamaguti algebras and prove that it is rigid.

Then we give a description of representations of $T$ in terms of representations of $L(T)$ with certain additional data. Similarly, if $(T, \sigma)$ is an infinitesimal $s$-manifold such that $L(T)$ is semisimple, then any representation of $(T, \sigma)$ comes from a representation of $L(T)$.

Abstract:Consider the smooth sections of the tangent bundle of a reductive homogeneous space. This is a vector space over the field of real numbers. The canonical connection acts as a linear binary operator on this vector space, making it an algebra. If we include another binary operator defined as the negative of the torsion, the resulting algebraic structure is a post-Lie-Yamaguti algebra. This structure is closely related to Lie-Yamaguti algebras.

Abstract:For a general affine connection with parallel torsion and curvature, we show that a post-Lie algebra structure exists on its space of vector fields, generalizing previous results for flat connections. However, for non-flat connections, the vector fields alone are not enough, as the presence of curvature also necessitates that we include endomorphisms corresponding to infinitesimal actions of the holonomy group. We give details on the universal Lie algebra of this post-Lie algebra and give applications for solving differential equations on manifolds.

Abstract:This study aims to generalize the notion of compatible Lie algebras to the compatible Lie Yamaguti algebras. Along with describing the representation of the compatible Lie Yamaguti algebra in detail, we also introduce the Maurer-Cartan characterization and cohomology of Lie Yamaguti algebras. As a result of the obtained cohomology, we studied its deformation. We define Rota-Baxter operators on compatible Lie Yamaguti algebras as well as on compatible pre-Lie Yamaguti algebras. Using Rota-Baxter operators, we examine how compatible Lie (and compatible pre-Lie) Yamaguti algebras are related.

Abstract:In this paper, we first construct a differential graded Lie algebra that controls deformations of a Lie-Yamaguti algebra. Furthermore, a relative Rota-Baxter operator on a Lie-Yamaguti algebra is characterized as a Maurer-Cartan element in an appropriate $L_\infty$-algebra that we build through the graded Lie bracket of Lie-Yamaguti algebra's controlling algebra, and gives rise to a twisted $L_\infty$-algebra that controls its deformation. Next we establish the cohomology theory of relative Rota-Baxter operators on Lie-Yamaguti algebras via the Yamaguti cohomology. Then we clarify the relationship between the twisted $L_\infty$-algebra and the cohomology theory. Finally as byproducts, we classify certain deformations on Lie-Yamaguti algebras using the cohomology theory.

Abstract:In a vertex algebraic framework, we present an explicit description of the twisted Wakimoto realizations of the affine Lie algebras in correspondence with an arbitrary finite order automorphism and a compatible integral gradation of a complex simple Lie algebra. This yields generalized free field realizations of the twisted and untwisted affine Lie algebras in any gradation. The free field form of the twisted Sugawara formula and examples are also exhibited.

Abstract:A twisted generalization of Lie-Yamaguti algebras, called Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebras, is defined. Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebras generalize Hom-Lie triple systems (and susequently ternary Hom-Nambu algebras) and Hom-Lie algebras in the same way as Lie-Yamaguti algebras generalize Lie triple systems and Lie algebras. It is shown that the category of Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebras is closed under twisting by self-morphisms. Constructions of Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebras from classical Lie-Yamaguti algebras and Malcev algebras are given. It is observed that, when the ternary operation of a Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebra expresses through its binary one in a specific way, then such a Hom-Lie-Yamaguti algebra is a Hom-Malcev algebra.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the notions of relative Rota-Baxter operators of weight $1$ on Lie-Yamaguti algebras, and post-\LYA s, which is an underlying algebraic structure of relative Rota-Baxter operators of weight $1$. We give the relationship between these two algebraic structures. Besides, we establish the cohomology theory of relative Rota-Baxter operators of weight $1$ via the Yamaguti cohomology. Consequently, we use this cohomology to characterize linear deformations of relative Rota-Baxter operators of weight $1$ on Lie-Yamaguti algebras. We show that if two linear deformations of a relative Rota-Baxter operator of weight $1$ are equivalent, then their infinitesimals are in the same cohomology class in the first cohomology group. Moreover, we show that an order $n$ deformation of a relative Rota-Baxter operator of weight $1$ can be extended to an order $n+1$ deformation if and only if the obstruction class in the second cohomology group is trivial.

First, we introduce the notion of Reynolds Lie-Yamaguti algebras and give some new examples. Moreover, cohomologies of Reynolds operators and Reynolds Lie-Yamaguti algebras with coefficients in a suitable representation are established. Finally, formal deformations and abelian extensions of Reynolds Lie-Yamaguti algebras are characterized in terms of lower degree cohomology groups.

Abstract:Let V be a hypersurface with an isolated singularity at the origin defined by the holomorphic function f : (C-n, 0) -> (C, 0). The Yau algebra L(V) is defined to be the Lie algebra of derivations of the moduli algebra A(V) := O-n/(f, partial derivative f/partial derivative x(1), ..., partial derivative f/partial derivative x(n)), i.e., L(V) = Der(A(V), A(V)). It is known that L(V) is finite dimensional and its dimension lambda(V) is called the Yau number. We introduced a new Lie algebra L*(V) which was defined to be the Lie algebra of derivations of A*(V) = O-n / (f, partial derivative f/partial derivative x(1), ..., partial derivative f/partial derivative x(n), Det(partial derivative(2)f/partial derivative x(i)partial derivative x(j))(i,j=1, ...,n)), i.e., L* (V) = Der(A*( V), A* (V)). L* (V) is finite dimensional and lambda*( V) is the dimension of L*(V). In this paper we compute the generalized Cartan matrix C(V) and other various invariants arising from the new Lie algebra L* (V) for simple elliptic singularities and simple hypersurface singularities. We use the generalized Cartan matrix to characterize the ADE singularities.

Abstract:Associated to a symmetric space there is a canonical connection with zero torsion and parallel curvature. This connection acts as a binary operator on the vector space of smooth sections of the tangent bundle, and it is linear with respect to the real numbers. Thus the smooth section of the tangent bundle together with the connection form an algebra we call the connection algebra. The constraints of zero torsion and constant curvature makes the connection algebra into a Lie admissible triple algebra. This is a type of algebra that generalises pre-Lie algebras, and it can be embedded into a post-Lie algebra in a canonical way that generalises the canonical embedding of Lie triple systems into Lie algebras. The free Lie admissible triple algebra can be described by incorporating triple-brackets into the leaves of rooted (non-planar) trees.
