Abstract:The detailed structure of the $T \times doping$ phase diagram of hole doped High-Tc superconducting cuprates is investigated from the perspective of a recently proposed comprehensive theory for these materials. Our theory is compared to Anderson's RVB theory for High-$T_c$ cuprates and it is demonstrated that the ground-eigenstate of our theory's Hamiltonian is a RVB-like state. From the Hamiltonian we derive the thermodynamic potential, as a function of convenient order parameters, through a method whose stability is carefully demonstrated. From this, we obtain analytic expressions for the transition lines delimiting the Néel phase, $T_N(x)$, the Spin-Glass phase, $T_{g}(x)$ and the CDW Charge Ordered phase, $T_{co}(x)$. These results, along with the previously derived expressions for the transition lines delimiting the Superconducting phase, $T_C(x)$, the Pseudogap and Strange Metal phases, $T^*(x)$ and the Fermi Liquid phase, $T_{FL}(x)$ are in excellent agreement with the experimental data from the cuprates. Our study reveals, in particular, the complementary role, which is played by the mechanisms responsible for the onset of superconducting (SC) and Spin-Glass (SG) phases in these materials. The absence of SG phases in electron doped High-Tc superconducting cuprates, strongly suggests a different SC mechanism should operate in those materials

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The problem that this paper attempts to solve is a detailed study of the phase - diagram structure of high - temperature superconducting cuprates (High - Tc cuprates). Specifically, starting from a recently proposed comprehensive theory, the author explores the detailed structure of the temperature - versus - doping (T×doping) phase diagram of hole - doped high - temperature superconducting cuprates. The main objectives of the paper include: 1. **Comparing the new theory with existing theories**: The author's new theory is compared with Anderson's RVB (Resonating Valence Bond) theory, and it is proven that the ground state of the new theory's Hamiltonian is an RVB - like state. 2. **Deriving the thermodynamic potential**: Starting from the Hamiltonian, the thermodynamic potential as a function of convenient order parameters is derived through a method whose stability has been strictly verified. 3. **Determining the phase - transition lines**: From the above - mentioned thermodynamic potential, the analytical expressions for the phase - transition lines describing the Néel phase, the Spin - Glass phase, and the CDW (Charge Ordered phase) are derived. These results, together with the previously derived phase - transition lines for the Superconducting phase, the Pseudogap phase, the Strange Metal phase, and the Fermi Liquid phase, are highly consistent with experimental data. 4. **Revealing the complementary effects between mechanisms**: The study reveals the complementary relationship between the mechanisms that lead to the appearance of the Superconducting phase and the Spin - Glass phase. In particular, the absence of the Spin - Glass phase in electron - doped high - temperature superconducting cuprates strongly suggests that there are different superconducting mechanisms in these materials. Through these studies, the author aims to provide an unprecedentedly complete and accurate description of the phase diagram of high - temperature superconducting cuprates, thereby better understanding the superconducting mechanisms and other multiple phase - transition phenomena in these materials.
