Abstract:We classify the hypersurfaces of $\mathbb{Q}^3\times\mathbb{R}$ with three distinct constant principal curvatures, where $\varepsilon \in \{1,-1\}$ and $\mathbb{Q}^3$ denotes the unit sphere $\mathbb{S}^3$ if $\varepsilon = 1$, whereas it denotes the hyperbolic space $\mathbb{H}^3$ if $\varepsilon = -1$. We show that they are cylinders over isoparametric surfaces in $\mathbb{Q}^3$, filling an intriguing gap in the existing literature. We also prove that the hypersurfaces with constant principal curvatures of $\mathbb{Q}^3\times\mathbb{R}$ are isoparametric. Furthermore, we provide the complete classification of the extrinsically homogeneous hypersurfaces in $\mathbb{Q}^3\times\mathbb{R}$.

Abstract:A three-dimensional Lorentzian hypersurface x : M-1(3) -> R-1(4) is called conformally flat if its induced metric is conformal to the flat Lorentzian metric, this property is preserved under the conformal transformation of R-1(4). In this paper, using the projective light-cone model, we give a complete classification of those ones whose shape operators have two distinct real eigenvalues and cannot be diagonalizable. These hypersurfaces are conformal equivalent to cones, cylinders, or rotational hypersurfaces generated by B-scrolls (over null Frenet curves) in three-dimensional Lorentzian space forms.

Abstract:We give a complete classification of locally strongly convex affine hypersurfaces of R(n + 1) with parallel cubic form with respect to the Levi-Civita connection of the affine Berwald-Blaschke metric. It turns out that all such affine hypersurfaces are quadrics or can be obtained by applying repeatedly the Calabi product construction of hyperbolic affine hyperspheres, using as building blocks either the hyperboloid, or the standard immersion of one of the symmetric spaces SL (m, R)/SO(m), SL(m, C)/SU(m), SU*(2m)/Sp(m), or E(6(-26))/F(4)

Abstract: In this paper, we study hypersurfaces in $\mathbb{H}^2\times\mathbb{H}^2$. We first classify the hypersurfaces with constant principal curvatures and constant product angle function. Then, we classify homogeneous hypersurfaces and isoparametric hypersurfaces, respectively. Finally, we classify the hypersurfaces with at most two distinct constant principal curvatures, as well as those with three constant principal curvatures under some additional conditions.

Abstract:We classify hyperbolic polynomials in two real variables that admit a transitive action on some component of their hyperbolic level sets. Such surfaces are called special homogeneous surfaces, and they are equipped with a natural Riemannian metric obtained by restricting the negative Hessian of their defining polynomial. Independent of the degree of the polynomials, there exist a finite number of special homogeneous surfaces. They are either flat, or have constant negative curvature.

Abstract:In this paper, we study hypersurfaces of ℍ 2 × ℍ 2 . We first classify the hypersurfaces with constant principal curvatures and constant product angle functions. Then we classify homogeneous hypersurfaces and isoparametric hypersurfaces, respectively. Finally, we classify the hypersurfaces with at most two distinct constant principal curvatures, as well as those with three distinct constant principal curvatures under some additional conditions.

Abstract:In this paper, regarding the Riemannian product S-2 x S-2 of two unit 2-spheres as a Kahler surface, we study its real hypersurfaces with typical geometric properties. First, we classify the real hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with isometric Reeb flow and then, by using a Simons' type inequality, a characterization of these compact real hypersurfaces is provided. Next, we classify Hopf hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with constant product angle function. Finally, we classify Hopf hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with parallel Ricci tensor.
Classification of separable hypersurfaces with constant sectional curvature

Abstract:In this paper, we give a full classification of the separable hypersurfaces of constant sectional curvature in the Euclidean $n$-space $\mathbb{R}^n$. In dimension $n=3$, this classification was solved by Hasanis and López [Manuscripta Math. 166, 403-417 (2021)]. When $n>3$, we prove that the separable hypersurfaces of null sectional curvature are three particular families of such hypersurfaces. Finally, we prove that hyperspheres are the only separable hypersurfaces with nonzero constant sectional curvature.

Abstract:An affine hypersurface is said to admit a pointwise symmetry, if there exists a subgroup of the automorphism group of the tangent space, which preserves (pointwise) the affine metric h, the difference tensor K and the affine shape operator S. In this paper, we deal with positive definite affine hypersurfaces of dimension three. First we solve an algebraic problem. We determine the non-trivial stabilizers G of the pair (K,S) under the action of SO(3) on an Euclidean vectorspace (V,h) and find a representative (canonical form of K and S) of each (SO(3)/G)-orbit. Then, we classify hypersurfaces admitting a pointwise G-symmetry for all non-trivial stabilizers G (apart of Z_2). Besides well-known hypersurfaces we obtain e.g. warped product structures of two-dimensional affine spheres (resp. quadrics) and curves.

Abstract:We classify hypersurfaces of rank two of Euclidean space $${\mathbb{R}^{n+1}}$$ that admit genuine isometric deformations in $${\mathbb{R}^{n+2}}$$. That an isometric immersion $${\hat{f}\colon M^n \to \mathbb{R}^{n+2}}$$ is a genuine isometric deformation of a hypersurface $${f\colon M^n\to\mathbb{R}^{n+1}}$$ means that $${\hat f}$$ is nowhere a composition $${\hat f=\hat F\circ f}$$, where $${\hat{F} \colon V\subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1} \to\mathbb{R}^{n+2}}$$ is an isometric immersion of an open subset V containing the hypersurface.

On the classificarion of 3-dimensional spherical Sasakian manifolds

Abstract:In this article we consider spherical hypersurfaces in $\mathbb C^2$ with a fixed Reeb vector field as 3-dimensional Sasakian manifolds. We establish the correspondence between three different sets of parameters, namely, those arising from representing the Reeb vector field as an automorphism of the Heisenberg sphere, the parameters used in Stanton's description of rigid spheres, and the parameters arising from the rigid normal forms. We also geometrically describe the moduli space for rigid spheres, and provide geometric distinction between Stanton's hypersurfaces and those found by Ezhov and Schmalz. Finally, we determine the Sasakian automorphism groups of the rigid spheres and detect the homogeneous Sasakian manifolds among them.
