Abstract:In the present paper, we give the definition and properties of the multipoled global Zhou weights. Some approximation and convergence results of multipoled global Zhou weights are given. We also establish a semi-continuity result for the Zhou numbers.

Abstract:In this article, we obtain a class of tame maximal weights (Zhou weights). Using Tian functions (the function of jumping numbers with respect to the exponents of a holomorphic function or the multiples of a plurisubharmonic function) as a main tool, we establish an expression of relative types (Zhou numbers) to these tame maximal weights in integral form, which shows that the relative types satisfy tropical multiplicativity and tropical additivity. Thus, the relative types to Zhou weights are valuations (Zhou valuations) on the ring of germs of holomorphic functions. We use Tian functions and Zhou numbers to measure the singularities of plurisubharmonic functions, involving jumping numbers and multiplier ideal sheaves. Especially, the relative types to Zhou weights characterize the division relations of the ring of germs of holomorphic functions. Finally, we consider a global version of Zhou weights on domains in $\mathbb{C}^n$, which is a generalization of the pluricomplex Green functions, and we obtain some properties of them, including continuity and some approximation results.

Abstract:It is well-known that fuzzy number plays a basic role in many fields of fuzzy mathematics, such as fuzzy analysis, fuzzy differential equations, fuzzy probability, and even applications on image processing. In the course of study, some natural metrics on the family of all fuzzy numbers and some natural maps such as weighted mean maps on fuzzy numbers are defined. In the present paper, 16 different topologies on the related sets are defined and compared. Moreover, the continuity of the weighted mean maps as a binary map or a unary map is discussed with respect to these topologies. Finally, an application of the above results is given.

Abstract:The estimates of the radii of convergence balls of the Newton method and uniqueness balls of zeroes of vector fields on the Riemannian manifolds are given under the assumption that the covariant derivatives of the vector fields satisfy some kind of general Lipschitz conditions. Some classical results such as the Kantorovich’s type theorem and the Smale’s ?-theory are extended.

Abstract:We extend our earlier work in [TZ1], where an analytic approach to the Guillemin-Sternberg conjecture [GS] was developed, to cases where the Spin^c-complex under consideration is allowed to be further twisted by certain exterior power bundles of the cotangent bundle. The main result is a weighted quantization formula in the presence of commuting Hamiltonian actions. The corresponding Morse-type inequalities in holomorphic situations are also established.

Abstract:In this article, via first establishing a weighted variant of the profound and far-reaching inequality obtained by A. Cohen, W. Dahmen, I. Daubechies, and R. DeVore in 2003, the authors give two new characterizations of Muckenhoupt weights. As an application, the authors further establish a representation formula of gradients with sharp parameters in ball Banach function spaces, which extends the famous formula obtained by H. Brezis, A. Seeger, J. Van Schaftingen, and P.-L. Yung in 2021 from classical Sobolev spaces to various different Sobolev-type spaces and gives an affirmative answer to the question in page 29 of [Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations 62 (2023), Paper No. 234]. The most novelty of this article exists in subtly revealing the mutual equivalences among the Muckenhoupt weight, the weighted variant of the inequality of Cohen et al., and the weighted upper estimate of the formula of Brezis et al.

Abstract:As a generalization of the Bernstein polynomials,the q-Bernstein polynomials and the Stancu polynomials,a class of broader polynomials called the multivariate qoStancu polynomials defined on the normal simplex is introduced.With the partial continuity modulus and the full continuity modulus of multivariate function as a metric,the uniform convergence theorem of the generalized multivariate Stancu polynomials to any continuous functions is proved,and the estimation of the convergence order is also obtained.Finally,an example shows the validity of the obtained result.

Abstract:We compute the generating series for the intersection pairings between the total Chern classes of the tangent bundles of the Hilbert schemes of points on a smooth projective surface and the Chern characters of tautological bundles over these Hilbert schemes. Modulo the lower weight term, we verify Okounkov's conjecture [Oko] connecting these Hilbert schemes and multiple $q$-zeta values. In addition, this conjecture is completely proved when the surface is abelian. We also determine some universal constants in the sense of Boissi\' ere and Nieper-Wisskirchen [Boi, BN] regarding the total Chern classes of the tangent bundles of these Hilbert schemes. The main approach of this paper is to use the set-up of Carlsson and Okounkov outlined in [Car, CO] and the structure of the Chern character operators proved in [LQW2].

Abstract:The classical eigenvalue theory for second-order ordinary differential equations (ODE) describes the spatial oscillation of strings whose distributions of masses are absolutely continuous. For general distributions of masses, including completely singular ones, the spatial oscillation can be explained using measure differential equations (MDE). In this paper we will study weighted eigenvalue problems for second-order MDE with general distributions or measures. It will be shown that the numbers of weighted eigenvalues depend on measures and may be finite. Furthermore, it will be proved that weighted eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are completely continuous in measures, i.e., when measures are convergent in the weak* topology, these eigen-pairs are strongly convergent. The present paper and the work of Meng and Zhang (Dependence of solutions and eigenvalues of measure differential equations on measures, J. Differential Equations, 254 (2013), 2196-2232) have given an extension of the classical Sturm-Liouville theory to the measure version of ODE.

Abstract:The weighted Poincaré inequalities in weighted Sobolev spaces are discussed, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for them to hold are given. That is, the Poincaré inequalities hold if, and only if, the ball measure of non-compactness of the natural embedding of weighted Sobolev spaces is less than 1.

Chen, Zhu and Fang's (1996) results on real-valued i.i.d. random variables are extended and generalized, and their unsolved problem is answered. Abstract:In this paper we obtain a new global gradient estimates in weighted Lorentz spaces for weak solutions of p(x)-Laplacian type equation with small BMO coefficients in a δ-Reifenberg flat domain. The modified Vitali covering lemma, the maximal function technique and the appropriate localization method are the main analytical tools. Our results improve the known results for such equations.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study sparse domination estimates of composition operators in the setting of complex function theory. The method originates from proofs of the A2 theorem for Calderón-Zygmund operators in harmonic analysis. Using this tool from harmonic analysis, some new characterizations are given for the boundedness and compactness of weighted composition operators acting between weighted Bergman spaces in the upper half plane. Moreover, we establish a new weighted type estimate for the holomorphic Bergman-class functions, for a new class of weights, which is adapted to Sawyer–testing conditions. We also extend our results to the unit ball B in Cn.

Abstract:We present the sharp characterization of the behavior at the isolated singularities of positive solutions of some equations on singular manifolds with conical metrics. It is seen that the equations on singular manifolds with conical metrics are equivalent to weighted elliptic equations in B\{0}, where B subset of R-N is the unit ball. The weights can be singular at x = 0. We present the sharp asymptotic behavior of positive solutions of the weighted elliptic equations at x = 0 and establish expansions of these solutions up to arbitrary orders. Asymptotic behavior at the isolated singularitie of positive solutions of elliptic equations without weights has been studied by many authors. We will obtain new results on the asymptotic behavior at the isolated singularities even for positive solutions of equations without weights in the subcritical case.
