Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the category of quasi-tempered automorphic D-modules, which is a rather natural class of D-modules from the point of view of geometric Langlands. We provide a characterization of this category in terms of singular support, and as a consequence, we obtain certain microlocal categorical Künneth formulas.

Abstract:We introduce the notion of a quasi DG category, generalizing that of a DG category. To a quasi DG category satisfying certain additional conditions, we associate another quasi DG category, the quasi DG category of $C$-diagrams. We then show the homotopy category of the quasi DG category of $C$-diagrams has the structure of a triangulated category. This procedure is then applied to produce a triangulated category of mixed motives over a base variety.

Abstract:For a self-orthogonal module T , the relation between the quotient triangulated category D b ( A )/ K b (add T ) and the stable category of the Frobenius category of T -Cohen-Macaulay modules is investigated. In particular, for a Gorenstein algebra, we get a relative version of the description of the singularity category due to Happel. Also, the derived category of a Gorenstein algebra is explicitly given, inside the stable category of the graded module category of the corresponding trivial extension algebra, via Happel’s functor F: D^b(A) ⟶ T(A)^ℤ mod .

Abstract:The framework of templicial objects was put forth in <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="2302.02484v1" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.02484v1">arXiv:2302.02484v1</a> in order to develop higher categorical concepts in the presence of enrichment. In particular, quasi-categories in modules constitute a subclass of templicial modules which may be considered as a kind of "weak dg-categories (concentrated in homologically positive degrees)" according to <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="2005.04778v3" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2005.04778v3">arXiv:2005.04778v3</a>. The main goal of the present paper is to initiate the deformation theory of templicial modules. In particular, we show that quasi-categories in modules are preserved under levelwise flat infinitesimal deformation.

Arithmetic D-modules on locally noetherian formal schemes

Abstract:We extend Berthelot's theory of arithmetic D-modules to a class of morphisms that are not necessarily of finite type. As an application we give a new construction of the category of convergent isocrystals on a separated scheme of finite type over a field, and show that the pullback by Frobenius is an auto-equivalence. This extends results of Berthelot that were proven in the smooth case.

Quantization of the universal centralizer and central D-modules

Abstract:The group scheme of universal centralizers of a complex reductive group G has a quantization called the spherical nil-DAHA. The category of modules over this ring is equivalent, as a symmetric monoidal category, to the category of bi-Whittaker D-modules on G. We construct a braided monoidal equivalence, called the Knop-Ngô functor, of this category with a full monoidal subcategory of the abelian category of Ad(G)-equivariant D-modules, establishing a D-module abelian counterpart of an equivalence established by Bezrukavnikov and Deshpande, in a different way. As an application of our methods, we prove conjectures of Ben-Zvi and Gunningham by relating this equivalence to parabolic induction and prove a conjecture of Braverman and Kazhdan in the D-module setting.

Abstract:We show that the category of ind-coherent sheaves on a quasi-smooth scheme is naturally tensored over the category of sheared D-modules on its shifted cotangent bundle, commuting with its natural action of categorified Hoschschild cochains. We prove that it defines a Morita equivalence as such. We then extend these results to quasi-smooth Artin stacks. As a consequence of our formalism, we are able to articulate a precise sense in which the space of unramified automorphic functions over a function field localizes over the stack of arithmetic Arthur parameters.

One is due to Lunts and Rosenberg based on the $\mathrm{Proj}$- construction of the quantized flag manifold, and the other is due to Backelin and Kremnizer using equivariant $D$-modules on the corresponding quantized algebraic group. Motivic realization of rigid G-local systems on curves and tamely ramified geometric Langlands

Abstract:For a reductive group $G$, we prove that complex irreducible rigid $G$-local systems with quasi-unipotent monodromies and finite order abelianization on a smooth curve are motivic, generalizing a theorem of Katz for $GL_n$. We do so by showing that the Hecke eigensheaf corresponding to such a local system is itself motivic. Unlike other works in the subject, we work entirely over the complex numbers. In the setting of de Rham geometric Langlands, we prove the existence of Hecke eigensheaves associated to any irreducible $G$-local system with regular singularities. We also provide a spectral decomposition of a naturally defined automorphic category over the stack of regular singular local systems with prescribed eigenvalues of the local monodromies at infinity. Finally, we establish a relationship between rigidity for complex local systems and automorphic rigidity, answering a conjecture of Yun in the tame complex setting.

Abstract:A parameterizing space of ideal sheaves of involutive and formally integrable non-linear partial differential equations in the algebro-geometric setting is constructed. It provides a $\mathcal{D}$-geometric analog of Grothendieck's Quot (resp. Hilbert) functor and is proven to be represented by a $\mathcal{D}$-scheme which is suitably of finite type. A natural derived enhancement of the so-called $\mathcal{D}$-Quot (resp. $\mathcal{D}$-Hilbert) moduli functor is constructed and its representability by a differential graded $\mathcal{D}$-manifold with corresponding finiteness properties is studied.

Abstract:A smooth projective toric variety $X=X_\Sigma$ has a geometric quotient description $V /\!/ T$. Using $2|1$-pointed quasimap invariants, one can define a quantum $H^*(T)$-module $QM(X)$, which deforms a natural module structure given by the Kirwan map $H^*(T) \rightarrow H^*(X)$. The Batyrev ring of $X$, defined from combinatorial data of the fan $\Sigma$, has its natural module structure given by the quotient of a polynomial ring, say BatM$(X)$. In this paper, we prove that $QM(X)$ and BatM$(X)$ are naturally isomorphic when $X$ is semipositive.

Abstract:Templicial objects were put forth in <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="2302.02484v2" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.02484v2">arXiv:2302.02484v2</a> to set up a suitable simplicial framework for enriched quasi-categories. Following Leinster, these objects feature certain comultiplications as a replacement for outer face maps in the non-cartesian case. In the present paper, we consider Frobenius templicial objects, thus re-introducing multiplications into the picture. When enriching over $k$-modules for a commutative ring $k$, we prove an equivalence of categories between (homologically) positively graded dg-categories on the one hand and Frobenius templicial modules on the other hand. This equivalence yields a natural enrichment of the classical dg-nerve, turning dg-categories into quasi-categories in modules. Assuming a projectivity condition, we further prove that a templicial module is a quasi-category in modules precisely when it can be equipped with a nonassociative Frobenius structure.

Categorical quantization on Kähler manifolds

Abstract:Generalizing deformation quantizations with separation of variables of a Kähler manifold $M$, we adopt Fedosov's gluing argument to construct a category $\mathsf{DQ}$, enriched over sheaves of $\mathbb{C}[[\hbar]]$-modules on $M$, as a quantization of the category of Hermitian holomorphic vector bundles over $M$ with morphisms being smooth sections of hom-bundles. We then define quantizable morphisms among objects in $\mathsf{DQ}$, generalizing Chan-Leung-Li's notion [4] of quantizable functions. Upon evaluation of quantizable morphisms at $\hbar = \tfrac{\sqrt{-1}}{k}$, we obtain an enriched category $\mathsf{DQ}_{\operatorname{qu}, k}$. We show that, when $M$ is prequantizable, $\mathsf{DQ}_{\operatorname{qu}, k}$ is equivalent to the category $\mathsf{GQ}$ of holomorphic vector bundles over $M$ with morphisms being holomorphic differential operators, via a functor obtained from Bargmann-Fock actions.

Abstract:We introduce a new class of triangulated categories, which are Verdier quotients of three-Calabi-Yau categories from (decorated) marked surfaces, and show that its spaces of stability conditions can be identified with moduli spaces of framed quadratic differentials on Riemann surfaces with arbitrary order zeros and arbitrary higher order poles. A main tool in our proof is a comparison of two exchange graphs, obtained by tilting hearts in the quotient categories and by flipping mixed angulations associated with the quadratic differentials.

Abstract:We introduce a new family of monoidal categories which are cyclotomic quotients of the nil-Brauer category. We construct a monoidal functor from the cyclotomic nil-Brauer category to another monoidal category constructed from singular Soergel bimodules of type D. We conjecture that our functor is an equivalence of categories. Although we can prove neither fullness nor faithfulness at this point, we are able to show that the functor induces an isomorphism at the level of Grothendieck rings. We compute these rings and their canonical bases over any field of characteristic different from 2, and give diagrammatic descriptions of the corresponding primitive idempotents.

Derived categories of Quot schemes of locally free quotients

Abstract:This paper studies the derived category of the Quot scheme of rank $d$ locally free quotients of a sheaf $\mathscr{G}$ of homological dimension $\le 1$ over a scheme $X$. In particular, we propose a conjecture about the structure of its derived category and verify the conjecture in various cases. This framework allows us to relax certain regularity conditions on various known formulae -- such as the ones for blowups (along Koszul-regular centers), Cayley's trick, standard flips, projectivizations, and Grassmannain-flips -- and supplement these formulae with the results on mutations and relative Serre functors. This framework also leads us to many new phenomena such as virtual flips, and structural results for the derived categories of (i) $\mathrm{Quot}_2$ schemes, (ii) flips from partial desingularizations of $\mathrm{rank}\le 2$ degeneracy loci, and (iii) blowups along determinantal subschemes of codimension $\le 4$.

Abstract:Let A be a hereditary artin algebra and M a complete exceptional sequence over A. Let F(M) be the subcategory of A-mod consisting of modules with an M-filtration. A quasi-hereditary algebra is called e-quasi-hereditary provided that its Δ-good module category is equivalent to the category F(M) under an exact functor. A characterization of e-quasi-hereditary algebras is given, and a connection between the representation type of F(Δ) and the Tits form associated to it for some e-quasi-hereditary algebras is obtained in this paper.

Abstract:We prove a new symplectic analogue of Kashiwara's Equivalence from D-module theory. As a consequence, we establish a structure theory for module categories over deformation quantizations that mirrors, at a higher categorical level, the Bialynicki-Birula stratification of a variety with an action of the multiplicative group. The resulting categorical cell decomposition provides an algebro-geometric parallel to the structure of Fukaya categories of Weinstein manifolds. From it, we derive concrete consequences for invariants such as K-theory and Hochschild homology of module categories of interest in geometric representation theory.
