Abstract:In this work, we discuss solutions to the abstract Cauchy problem of fuzzy conformal fractional. In addition, the method of fuzzy fractional semigroups is used to obtain analytical solutions to the fractional differential equation. We use the concept of Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem to determine the existence and uniqueness of the solution. An application is also given to illustrate our main abstract results.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to extend and determine the analytical solution of a two-dimensional homogeneous system of fuzzy linear fractional differential equations with the Caputo derivative of two independent fractional orders. We extract two possible solutions to the coupled system under the definition of strongly generalized $ H $-differentiability, uncertain initial conditions and fuzzy constraint coefficients. These potential solutions are determined using the fuzzy Laplace transform. Furthermore, we extend the concept of fuzzy fractional calculus in terms of the Mittag-Leffler function involving triple series. In addition, several important concepts, facts, and relationships are derived and proved as property of boundedness. Finally, to grasp the considered approach, we solve a mathematical model of the diffusion process using proposed techniques to visualize and support theoretical results.

Abstract:Abstract Recently, fractals and fractional calculus have received much attention from researchers of various fields of science and engineering. Because the said area has been found applicable in modeling various real-world processes and phenomena. Hybrid differential equations (HDEs) play significant roles in mathematical modeling of various processes because the aforesaid equations incorporate different dynamical systems as specific cases. For instance, it is possible to model and describe non-homogeneous physical phenomena on using the said equations. Therefore, this research work is concerned with studying a class of nonlinear hybrid fractal–fractional differential equations. We develop the existence result for the qualitative study using a hybrid fixed point theorem. For the mentioned goal, a fixed point theory for the product of two operators is applied to deduce appropriate conditions for the existence of exactly one solution. Additionally, the stability result based on Ulam–Hyers is also deduced. The said stability results play an important role in numerical investigations. In addition, a numerical method based on Euler procedure is utilized to approximate the solution of the proposed problems. Various computational test problems are given to demonstrate the results. Also, using various fractal–fractional order values, several graphical presentations are given for the examples. The concerned analysis will help in investigating many real-world problems modeled using HDEs with fractal–fractional orders in the near future.

Abstract:In this paper, through theory of fuzzy complex analysis, we introduce some representations of r -cuts of trivial fuzzy zero, nontrivial fuzzy zero and fuzzy complex numbers in polar form on complex plane and establish some of their basic properties. Based on this, the addition and scalar multiplication operations of fuzzy complex numbers are established and the calculus of fuzzy complex-variable functions is studied. Moreover, we introduce a notion of fuzzy Ortigueira fractional derivative of fuzzy complex-variable functions and develop a theory of fuzzy fractional calculus on complex plane including some geometric features. As applications, the existence and uniqueness theorem of solutions for nonlinear fuzzy fractional complex-variable differential equations is established and some examples are provided.

Abstract:Different types of fractional calculus have been defined, grouped into categories based on their properties. Two types particularly studied are Hadamard-type fractional calculus and tempered fractional calculus. This paper establishes a connection between these two types by expressing one in terms of the other, using the theory of fuzzy fractional calculus with respect to functions. By naturally extending this connection, a generalization is developed that unifies several existing fractional operators, including Riemann–Liouville, Caputo, -Caputo, classical Hadamard, Hadamard-type, tempered, and all these operators considered with respect to functions via the Hadamard -Caputo tempered fractional derivative (CTFD) using the Mittag-Leffler function. In addition, we explore the Cauchy problem for fuzzy fractional differential equations (FDEs) with this kind of derivative and demonstrate various results of existence and uniqueness using fixed-point theorems of Krasnoselskii, Schaüder's, and Banach. Applications further serve as proof of the utility of our findings, which converge, expand, and generalize several previously reported results in research.

Abstract:The fractional integral of confluent hypergeometric function is used in this paper for obtaining new applications using concepts from the theory of fuzzy differential subordination and superordination. The aim of the paper is to present new fuzzy differential subordinations and superordinations for which the fuzzy best dominant and fuzzy best subordinant are given, respectively. The original theorems proved in the paper generate interesting corollaries for particular choices of functions acting as fuzzy best dominant and fuzzy best subordinant. Another contribution contained in this paper is the nice sandwich-type theorem combining the results given in two theorems proved here using the two theories of fuzzy differential subordination and fuzzy differential superordination.

Abstract:This article describes the fuzzy conformable fractional derivative which is based on generalized Hukuhara differentiability. On these topics, we prove a number of properties concerning this type of differentiability. In addition, fuzzy conformable Laplace transforms are used to obtain analytical solutions to the fractional differential equation. Through the use of several practical examples, such as the fuzzy conformable fractional growth equation, the fuzzy conformable fractional one-compartment model, and the fuzzy conformable fractional Newton's law of cooling, we demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the approaches.

Abstract:Recently, the area devoted to fractional calculus has given much attention by researchers. The reason behind such huge attention is the significant applications of the mentioned area in various disciplines. Different problems of real world processes have been investigated by using the concepts of fractional calculus and important and applicable outcomes were obtained. Because, there has been a lot of interest in fractional differential equations. It is brought on by both the extensive development of fractional calculus theory and its applications. The use of linear and quadratic perturbations of nonlinear differential equations in mathematical models of a variety of real-world problems has received a lot of interest. Therefore, motivated by the mentioned importance, this research work is devoted to analyze in detailed, a class of fractal hybrid fractional differential equation under Atangana- Baleanu- Caputo ABC derivative. The qualitative theory of the problem is examined by using tools of non-linear functional analysis. The Ulam-Hyer's (U-H) type stability criteria is also applied to the consider problem. Further, the numerical solution of the model is developed by using powerful numerical technique. Lastly, the Wazewska-Czyzewska and Lasota Model, a well-known biological model, verifies the results. Several graphical representations by using different fractals fractional orders values are presented. The detailed discussion and explanations are given at the end.

Abstract:The aim of this article is to propose a new definition of fuzzy fractional derivative, so-called fuzzy conformable. To this end, we discussed fuzzy conformable fractional integral softly. Meanwhile, uniqueness, existence, and other properties of solutions of certain fuzzy conformable fractional differential equations under strongly generalized differentiability are also utilized. Furthermore, all needed requirements for characterizing solutions by equivalent systems of crisp conformable fractional differential equations are debated. In this orientation, modern trend and new computational algorithm in terms of analytic and approximate conformable solutions are proposed. Finally, the reproducing kernel Hilbert space method in the conformable emotion is constructed side by side with numerical results, tabulated data, and graphical representations.

Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Problems

Abstract:In this paper, we apply to a class of partial differential equation the finite element method when the problem is involving the Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative for time and space variables on a bounded domain with bounded conditions. The studied equation is obtained from the standard time diffusion equation by replacing the first order time derivative by  for 0<<1 and for the second standard order space derivative by  for 1<<2 respectively. The existence of the unique solution is proved by the Lax-Milgram Lemma. We present here three schemes to approximate numerically the time derivative and use the finite element method for the space derivative using the Hadamard finite part integral and the Diethlem's first degree compound quadrature formula, the second approach is based on the link between Riemann-Liouville and Caputo fractional derivative, when the third method was based on the approximation of the Riemann-Liouville by the Grunwald-Letnikov fractional derivative. For the approximation of the space fractional derivative, the finite element method is introduced for all the three approaches. Finally, to check the effectiveness of the three methods, a numerical example was given.

Abstract:Fractional derivatives can be viewed either as handy extensions of classical calculus or, more deeply, as mathematical operators defined by natural phenomena. This follows the view that the diffusion equation is defined as the governing equation of a Brownian motion. In this paper, we emphasize that fractional derivatives come from the governing equations of stable Lévy motion, and that fractional integration is the corresponding inverse operator. Fractional integration, and its multi-dimensional extensions derived in this way, are intimately tied to fractional Brownian (and Lévy) motions and noises. By following these general principles, we discuss the Eulerian and Lagrangian numerical solutions to fractional partial differential equations, and Eulerian methods for stochastic integrals. These numerical approximations illuminate the essential nature of the fractional calculus.

Abstract:The fractional differential equations involving different types of fractional derivatives are currently used in many fields of science and engineering. Therefore, the first purpose of this study is to investigate the qualitative properties including the stability, asymptotic stability, as well as Mittag–Leffler stability of solutions of fractional differential equations with the new generalized Hattaf fractional derivative, which encompasses the popular forms of fractional derivatives with non-singular kernels. These qualitative properties are obtained by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function. Furthermore, the second aim is to develop a new numerical method in order to approximate the solutions of such types of equations. The developed method recovers the classical Euler numerical scheme for ordinary differential equations. Finally, the obtained analytical and numerical results are applied to a biological nonlinear system arising from epidemiology.

Abstract:This paper aims to explore and examine a fractional differential equation in the fuzzy conformable derivative sense. To achieve this goal, a novel analytical algorithm is formulated based on the Laplace-residual power series method to solve the fuzzy conformable fractional differential equations. The methodology being used to discover the fuzzy solutions depends on converting the desired equations into two fractional crisp systems expressed in $ \wp $-cut form. The main objective of our algorithm is to transform the systems into fuzzy conformable Laplace space. The transformation simplifies the system by reducing its order and turning it into an easy-to-solve algorithmic equation. The solutions of three important applications are provided in a fuzzy convergent conformable fractional series. Both the theoretical and numerical implications of the fuzzy conformable concept are explored about the consequential outcomes. The convergence analysis and theorems of the developed algorithm are also studied and analyzed in this regard. Additionally, this article showcases a selection of results through the use of both two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphs. Ultimately, the findings of this study underscore the efficacy, speed, and ease of the Laplace-residual power series algorithm in finding solutions for uncertain models that arise in various physical phenomena.

Abstract:In this investigation, we develop a theory for the hybrid boundary value problem for fractional differential equations subject to three-point boundary conditions, including the antiperiodic hybrid boundary condition. On suggested problems, the third-order Caputo–Fabrizio derivative is the fractional operator applied. In this regard, the corresponding hybrid fractional integral equation is obtained by the Caputo–Fabrizio operator's properties with the Green function's aid. Then, we apply Dhage's nonlinear alternative to the Schaefer type to prove the existence results. Finally, two examples are provided to confirm the validity of our main results.

Abstract:We consider fuzzy valued functions from two parametric representations of $\alpha$-level sets. New concepts are introduced and compared with available notions. Following the two proposed approaches, we study fuzzy differential equations. Their relation with Zadeh's extension principle and the generalized Hukuhara derivative is discussed. Moreover, we prove existence and uniqueness theorems for fuzzy differential equations. Illustrative examples are given.
