Abstract:“Physical Geography” is a course to study human beings and the environment, revealing the basic characteristics, formation mechanism and development laws of various physical geography elements, with rich ideological and political elements and high moral value, and is an important course to cultivate geographical professional interests and enhance national pride. By fully sorting out the ideological and political resources contained in the curriculum, deeply excavating the ideological and political elements, and reasonably designing the integration, this paper analyzed the dimensions of ideological and political education in the physical geography curriculum. Taking professional knowledge as the main line, the educational elements in five aspects were refined, namely, philosophical thinking, power of a big country, patriotism, strict science, and aesthetic education. This paper established the ideological and political element system of the curriculum, and achieve d the moral education of the professional curriculum moisturizing and silent effect.

In the process of teaching, we should thoroughly implement the "course ideological and political education" into the classroom teaching of discrete mathematics, and fully implement the requirements of "three-round education" under the guidance of the "4-4-5" ideological and political curriculum system with the aim of "cultivating people by virtue". Abstract:In recent years, curriculum ideological and political education has become a hot topic in educational reform. The concept of curriculum ideological and political education provides a new convergence point for the integration of subject teaching and ideological and political education. Its purpose is to infiltrate the core content of ideological and political education in subject teaching, organically integrate ideological and political curriculum teaching with the subjects, and implement the fundamental task of cultivating students’ morality. In the process of English teaching, cultivating students’ firm political stance is particularly important, especially in cultural comparison and dissemination, nurturing students to “tell a good Chinese story”, spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture, and demonstrating cultural confidence. Further exploration is needed. In the context of the integrated reform of ideological and political education in universities, middle and primary schools, the research on curriculum ideological and political education in subject teaching is not yet in-depth and extensive. Based on the curriculum standards for morality and the rule of law, as well as the correlation between students’ core literacy and socialist core values, this article proposes the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into English majors, and actively explores effective strategies and approaches in order to provide useful ideas and references for the ideological and political education reform of English majors.

Abstract:Focusing on the fundamental task of moral education, a teaching system of ideological and political education in mineral chemistry processing experimental course is constructed. By forming ideological and political teaching teams, embedding ideological and political elements, innovating teaching methods, reforming teaching models, building network platforms and other ways, the process of course ideological and political teaching is explored and practiced. The ideological and political orientation such as political identity, cultural self-confidence, value shaping, and scientific literacy are integrated with the experimental teaching content by using the five-step method of “guidance, extension, practice, theory, and achievement”. The ideological and political cases can inject the soul into the experimental teaching, promote the ideological and political education into the brain, heart and practice, and ensure that the ideological and political education takes root and bears fruit.

Abstract:History and Anthology of American Literature is one of the core courses of English major in Chinese universities. Based on the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum, combined with the actual classroom teaching, the author explores the curriculum teaching reform of History and Anthology of American Literature from four aspects: the setting of teaching ideological and political goals, the ideological and political construction of textbooks, the design of curriculum ideological and political teaching links, and the evaluation of students’ ideological and political effects of the curriculum. Abstract:In the context of the new era, higher education is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about cultivating students’ ideological and moral qualities and humanistic spirit. Therefore, ideological and political education integrated into all courses has become an important component of higher education. The construction of curriculum ideological and political education has gradually become a new exploration and challenge for ideological and political education in universities. Curriculum ideological and political education is a comprehensive educational philosophy, which includes the purpose of fostering virtue through education, the practice subject being all teachers, relying on courses, and combining explicit and implicit education. Its characteristics include the humanistic teaching philosophy, the integration between courses, the potential influence of methods, and the permanence of influence. The aim is to integrate ideological and political education into all types of courses, imperceptibly influencing students’ ideological consciousness and behavior, and taking morality education as the fundamental task of education. Strengthening the construction of curriculum ideological and political education is conducive to improving the effectiveness and quality of ideological and political education in universities, cultivating new-era youth with ideals, who dare to take responsibility, can endure hardships, and work hard.
