Abstract:Marx's state theory is not only an important component of historical materialism, but also a necessary part of his political thought. After long years of silence, Marxist state theory revived after WWII and developed anew in the era of globalization. Study of its main ideas, historic fate, further development and new agenda can confirm its explanatory power in the present day and promote its reconstruction and enrichment in the era of globalization. However, some questions in the intellectual structure of Marxism are still open to further study: for instance, the relations between civil society and the state and between the economic foundation and superstructure, the withering away of the state as the end of politics, human emancipation and its conditions, the economic and political forms of the transition from a capitalist to a communist society, and particularly the form of organizational system adopted by the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the ideology of the crucial link of the reproduction of social relations. At the same time, we need to learn from and integrate new social science theories and actively respond to the great changes in political organization and structure brought about by globalization, while actively participating in the great theoretical debates of today.

Abstract:Revolutionary nature is the essential attribute of Marxist political parties, but in recent years, there have been comments on the transition from a revolutionary party to a ruling party in the social and theoretical circles, and even erroneous ideas such as “bidding farewell to revolution” and “negating revolution” have been advocated. In fact, Marxist political parties not only need to seize the revolutionary victory of political power, but also constantly carry out self- revolution and maintain the political nature of the party. Therefore, from the perspectives of political construction, ideological construction, and organizational construction, exploring the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to consolidate the political foundation of social revolution provides fundamental guidance for our Party to consciously shoulder its historical mission, and is of great significance for strengthening the Party’s comprehensive leadership and construction.

Abstract:Marxist theory is the important guiding ideology on which we have built the Party and the country, and prospered and strengthened the Party. The Communist Party of China has led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country through a century of hard struggle to make the brilliant achievement of rising from standing up, getting rich and becoming strong. This is attributed to the fact that the Party has combined the essence of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation, which has been deposited for thousands of years, with the standpoints, viewpoints and methods of Marxism, and has made creative use and innovative development of Marxist theory, forming a Chinese-style and modernized scientific theoretical system of Marxism that meets China’s national conditions in the practice of China’s revolution, construction and reform. The “two combinations” is a major theoretical point of view formed in the process of the development of the localization of Marxism in China, reflecting the realistic requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Abstract:Over the long history of political civilization, the 100 years of the party politics of socialist countries has emerged as a new form of politics. Exploration of the last 100 years of the party politics of socialist countries deals with the self-governance and national governance of Marxist ruling parties. It reflects intraparty relationships, interparty relationships, relationships between party and government and relationships between party and society, as well as foreign relations, and spans three historical periods, comprising the first establishment of party politics in Soviet Russia; the adoption of party rule in other countries, with concomitant setbacks; and the achievement by China, Vietnam and other countries of party political innovation and development. A review of the experience of the past hundred years shows that success in making party politics the basic system in socialist countries and in tapping its full potential is attributable to the efforts made by Marxist ruling parties to undertake fruitful theoretical reflection and grasp values, adhere to the truth and correct mistakes on the basis of exceptional strategic confidence and policy commitment, while constantly opening up new stages of theoretical understanding and practical development. The party politics of socialist countries in the 21st century drives their modernization and cultivates and improves their practice. The union of the two in the magnificent historical process of the sustainable development of socialist institutional civilization will have major and far-reaching significance for building a brighter future for humanity.

Abstract:The article reveals ideological-theoretical, methodological, and politico-ideological basic principles for an adequate analysis of the specifics of modern Chinese (Sinicized) Marxism. The attributive features of modern Chinese Marxism (Marxism with Chinese specifics (the adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese Context, Sinicized Marxism), as the most effective version in world history for correcting and modernizing the axiomatics of the Marxist-Leninist theoretical model of social development, as well as improving the ideology of the ruling Communist Party in order to increase the effectiveness of its domestic and foreign state policies, have been characterized by means of concrete-historical and systematic comparative analysis of the ideational grounds and basic socio-philosophical postulates, political and ideological prescriptions of the program documents of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Communist Party of China. Within the framework of this study, special attention has been paid to highlighting the essence and features of the Soviet and Chinese strategy of socialist construction, created to implement Marxist socialist and communist projects, as well as revealing the scientific evaluation of the differences between the political doctrines of the CPSU and the CPC in the interpretation of objective logic (the duration of stages, goals, and objectives of fundamental economic, social, political, and cultural transformations) of the process of constructing high-level development socialism ("developed socialism") and the further progressive movement of such a society to the phase of communism.
