Abstract:By systematically organizing and comparatively analyzing the conception of political system in western politics, the viewpoints on country of Marxist classic writers and the conception of proletarian dictatorship system of Lenin, the article indicates that the analysis of country or the conception of political system should be spread out from two levels: one is the nature of country or political system, that is to say, country or political system is the dictatorship of a certain class, and that the ruling class exercises political or country power of leadership and management on society by the country, which mostly finds expression in country political institutions with the center of country system and government system. The other is the actual operation process of country or political system, in other words, the concrete operation process of country power in practice, which mostly finds expression in the relationship among political parties, country agencies and social organizations. Over a long period of time, we have had a full knowledge of the former level; however, if we explain the latter one by the conception of political system in western politics, the effect is not so satisfying. While the classic analytic theories by Marxist classic writers who saw about the actual operation process of country or political system by proletarian dictatorship system are ignored by us, or kept out of sight by analytic theories such as political system in western politics. Therefore, we should pay attention to the inherent mechanism at different levels while using the conception of political system or country.
