Abstract:Color in art is used for several purposes, mainly to strengthen and highlight interest, direct and focus attention, and confirm rhythm. In animated films, color moves through the juxtaposition and sequence of shots. The animator can skillfully and intelligently harness color to achieve the flow of events when telling the story, and for the artist to be creative in This field, he should have a strong sense in choosing the color that the viewer sees. When we pick color variables related to the emotional and symbolic value, they will achieve a dramatic surprise. Color plays an essential role in reflecting feelings, so it uses through the color of the character, clothes, background, and the general atmosphere of the scene to increase the impact and emphasize the meaning to the recipient. Brightness and saturation play a role in setting the general mood of the scene, as the color value and its saturation affect the intensity and purity of it, so color becomes purer if saturation is high. It becomes paler if saturation is low. Filmmakers use several color methods to create distinctive scenes.
