Abstract:With the increasing number of vehicles in the community, the parking spaces in the community are becoming shorter and shorter, which is aggravated by the random parking and inefficient use of parking resources by visitors. in order to better help the property management company of residential area manage temporary outside vehicle, put an end to unknown vehicles visiting, parking, occupy the owner parking space at random phenomenon, this paper designed a set of temporary vehicle parking management system in residential area based on community credit system, helps the property management company of residential area manage visitor and outside vehicle, improve the residential parking resource use efficiency, and improve the satisfaction of owner.
