Abstract:The utility model relates to an improved processing machine of reinforced bars, which is mainly characterized in that through direct drive of a leather belt drive pair, straightening rollers which can make high-speed rotation through a motor are arranged on a platform of a machine frame and between a left and a right reinforced bar feeding machines; the left ends of the straightening rollers are provided with guide sleeves; the internal parts are evenly distributed with plural groups of hole moulds composed of a straightening block of an upper conical surface and a straightening block of a lower conical surface; the hold moulds are adjusted by ladder-shaped screw bolts and are alternatively arranged, and when the reinforced bars pass through the straightening rollers which make the high-speed rotation, the high-speed straightening purpose can be obtained. Simultaneously, a bracket is provided with a box body of a shearing box; the internal part of the box body is provided with a cam shaft which is integrated with an input shaft and a shearing lever shaft and a discharge shaft which are parallelly provided with the cam shaft which is fixed with a shearing cam and a pushing cam, and the shearing lever shaft is provided with a shearing lever which is provided with a cutting knife on one head in a sliding manner. When the input shaft drives the cam shaft to rotate, the shearing cam can rotate and can cause the shearing lever to move; the up-and-down movement of the cutting knife can shear the reinforced bars, and the high-speed shearing purpose can be realized.
